Great pizza! If you are in a hurry, buy it by the slice. If you are on a more leisurely schedule, then the Greek Pizza with added chicken is great!

First I want to start by saying that the pizza was actually very good. My family (me, husband, and 5 kids ages 12 – 1.5) went out for dinner here. I have lived in Port Townsend my whole life and have never frequented this place simply because it has always been fairly pricey for what you get and taking 5 kids out is too expensive no matter what. But usually the pizza isn’t bad and the bread sticks are awesome and it’s «family friendly» so we decided to go out here this time.
I happen to know that they have new owners and just going in I didn’t recognize anyone working, when usually I know at least 3 – 4 people. That should have been a huge red flag. We were helped by a young girl named Bethany who wasn’t very polite but whatever. We ordered a pizza, breadsticks, and chicken wings and a pitcher of soda. They don’t have pitchers of soda even though pitchers were on the menu. So I ordered 6 kid sodas. They don’t have kid sodas even though that was also on the menu, so I guess I paid for med even though I probably wouldn’t have bothered if I would have known. It was about 62 $ I tipped a little to make it 65 $. That was a mistake. Our kids went to play their «arcade» games which only 2 or 3 worked and they had taken several out and have quite a few out of order. So much for kid friendly. We waited for about 20 minutes and our chicken wings came out with no plates… Ok that’s fine. Then about 10 minutes later our pizza came… Weird we ordered breadsticks. When they dropped off the pizza they asked if we received our breadsticks. No… No we haven’t. After about 15 minutes and pretty much being done with the meal. My husband goes to check on the breadsticks. Supposedly they were just coming out. Another 5 – 10 until we receive them. Drowning in butter.
As someone who grew up here and has kids that look forward to going to this particular pizza place (as I said because of the cost of having 5 kids and the higher prices it’s a treat to come here) it is truly sad it has come to this horrible place. I will more then likely NEVER come back.

Pizza was just okay. I did not like the sliced tomatoes would have been better cooked and diced. Too expensive for what I got. THEY DO NOT EXCEPT THE Unilocal COUPON!

Ordered spaghetti and waited 45 minutes, after the person I came with finished I went up and asked for a refund. He was confused, asked what the problem was, I said I didn’t receive my order. He said, oh, I thought you were told we don’t have that. He gave me a refund but I was out 2.85 from tipping these incompetent boobs. No adult on site, might be a great place for kids to hang out.
And left hungry.

Surprised and astonished at the horrible customer service over Labor Day weekend. They did not seem to realize there would be a larger rush this weekend. Waited close to 45 minutes for what should have been 20 minutes.

We have been here before but I don’t know what has happened to this place. Must be new owners or? First, the front counter had something sticky on it and both of us got it on our hands — yuk! There were only two orders ahead of us. We ordered 2 Awesome Subs and sat down. And we waited and waited. .. 25 minutes later we finally got our meal which we grabbed and we left. We had a ferry to catch. We ate our lunch in our car. This «Awesome Sub» was anything but awesome. The crust was nearly burned, it was dry and tasteless. We won’t be back. There is a Subway near the ferry.

FORCED TO PAY FOR MIS MADE PIZZA! I asked for the optional jalapenos on the side. They were COOKED on the PIZZA. My wife and daughter DETEST jalapenos, I like them. We were told to just pick them off. You can still taste the heat of where the offending topping was when they are picked off. Why should my family have to do that when it was ADMITTED the pizza was mis made? My family wasn’t going to eat any of it. I asked for a refund as we did not have the time to wait for another, correctly made pizza. We were DENIED, because it was a «perfectly good pizza» according to the young man representing the establishment. I wasn’t going to leave an xl PIZZA at the restaurant after dropping almost $ 40 for pizza and 3 sodas. Some other male employee also used a camera and SNAPPED a PICTURE of my wife as we leaving the parking lot. The pizza had a two hour ride in the trunk. I fed the pizza to our dog this morning. This was a HORRIBLE experience!

Worst place to eat at in a long time. Arrived three hours before closing to an unpleasant cashier. Then trying to order something other than pizza (some lasagna, pasta, sub sandwich) and received the response of «We are not going to making that» Not that they were out of supplies or to close to closing, just that they will not make it. then after waiting almost an hour for pizza (without receiving some of our beverages) and two 7 year olds upset and hungry, we finally got our food to have pizza that was subpar to frozen pizza. During our hour wait and eating I watched a couple order a pizza with jalepenos peppers on the side, when their order came out the peppers were on the pizza and after talking to the waitress and still unable to resolve their problem, talked to another guy. They REFUSED to rectify the problem and then refused to refund their money. Now this is not my problem but after the couple left very irate with a pizza they did not want. the employees proceeded to laugh and joke about everything that had just happened without a single care that someone just spent a lot of money for shitty service and then left unhappy, I will not recommend this establishment to anyone and to go a step further push to deter anyone from going here. Bad food, Bad service, Inconsiderate and rude employees.

They didn’t take the Unilocal coupon. It took s long time to get our food. It was really hot in the restaurant, although the day’s high was only about 70. I was trying to feed 4 teen boys I inexpensively. We spent $ 80 for 3 large pizzas and a large salad. There is enough left for breakfast but still seemed expensive. The pizza was average.

we are from out of state… the pizza is great.. dinning area is clean and friendly service… with that being said I only gave 4 stars because I found a bone in my Canadian bacon and the beer is gross they use more nitrates and the beer is flat and taste sour over all tho the pizza is delicious but pricey…

Big mistake for going in there. First, its hot inside this restaurant, no a/​c or exhaust system just to let out heat. If you are hungry, make sure you bring some snack or your own food inside this pizza place because you will wait a long time for your order. For just a mini-​pizza (we were told it will take 10-​mins) and a half submarine sandwich it took over half an hour! I did not want to have spent all that time inside this pizza place than walking around the nice town.

To be honest, we didn’t stay. It was so freakin’ hot in there, plus we got the idea it was a nice little Italian restaurant (I see now it’s a chain), but it’s a «order at the counter; we’ll bring it to your table» type place with picnic benches and a few booths. While the staff was super friendly, we just couldn’t stay. Even the salad bar (which is what drew me in) was so teeny, tiny, it didn’t seem appealing. So we left. I will say the one pie that came out while we were there seemed wonderful. Next time we’re in PT, we’ll have one delivered to our hotel room.

Ordered our pizza then went with four kids and played the games. After a couple minutes a snide rude little girl came over and informed is we need to have our number on us to make sure they know to bring the pizza to. Well a little while of playing games and then 20 minutes of waiting we started to get curious where our pizza might be. So we go up and think we might ask where it could be… Key work think we might ask. After being blatantly ignored for 10 minutes I get olé crazy eyebrows snapping at me about how they «called» my number. So with two people in there and my grandma sitting two feet from the counter I really don’t think we could of missed them calling out forty-​seven. Terrible customer service, pizza turns out cold bc it sat for 20 minutes and wish I would if stuck with waterfront. !!! AVOID!!! Just avoid this place. How it’s lasted for so long I just don’t know.
I mean they’re about as fast as a snail going through peanut butter.
And have no people skill and plain rude.

Very good pizza and very nice place to sit down and eat. A little on the pricey side but it’s worth it to support the local business and it’s not your average chain pizza.

Good customer service, good pizza and the crust is good. Clerk/​receptionist is slow but it seems common of the town. I will say I was pretty shocked at the price. It was almost $ 50 for. Large and small pizza. Nothing extra like breadsticks or anything. Again seems common for the area. But good pizza.

Twenty minutes to get a not so Awesome sandwich. Next time I’ll walk up the street to Subway.

This was stop one on what ended up a pizza tour of PT.
They were nice at the counter, patient with our deciding, and the pizza while not the most mind blowing we’ve ever had, was respectable. We’ve had LOTS of pizza, so, three stars isn’t a huge put down, it’s just not our tops. The crust is what doesn’t allow it over into WOW territory. The topping (Had the Captain) however, seem very fresh and they weren’t stingy. Good stuff. I should note we had thin crust, and cannot comment on the thicker. If you’re into that, maybe it’s a 4 star? Give it a shot.

We had the pizza offering and an add on salad. I love pizza so the huge slices and the variety of pizza was grand. The place has lots of seating, however can be on the noisy side depending on where and whom you sit by. Overall this would be good to come back to!

This is a cute but some what small pizza place. Which I think is actually quite good.
It has a small arcade inside for the kiddos. Plenty of seating as well. But given it’s down town Port Tonwsend parking can be tricky.
We got the Captains Combo I think I apologize I forget the name but it’s their only veggie and meat pizza. A salad bar and some wings. The salad bar was small but decent and really good Mac salad. Our pizza crust was amazing and the pizza wasn’t overly greasy. The wings were good too!!! However all that (small pizza) plus one drink was around 36 bucks with tip. A bit pricy but the staff was supppppper friendly and we would and will happily return.
