Henery Do It Best Hardware

I can’t imagine that there would be anything you’d need that you couldn’t find at Henery’s Hardware. But the wonderfully helpful customer service is a tremendous asset to the business.
I’d like to praise Karen’s superior service, in particular. She exhibited endless patience and perseverance as she successfully solved two tedious and very challenging problems that I presented to her recently. Even though it was at the end of the day, she tirelessly — and with great skill — turned both of my non-​working items into ones that functioned perfectly. Without a hint of impatience, she didn’t hesitate until this customer left fully satisfied. If only other businesses had more Karens as their employees!

I rent power washers and airless sprayer from them a lot. If I ever run into any problems with their equipment they fix the problem and give me a discount on the rental. My only complaint is their prices are a little high on certain items.

Excellent service in paint department and all-​around helpful staff. Some items are severely overpriced, but I guess that’s living in a small town. Sometimes the prices are high enough it just isn’t reasonable to purchase an item here, but o really it’s a good store with a good staff.
