I went in to have a package sent out. It’s something from QVC, which I’m returning. The item was already in a cardboard box and the Q Label was on it. All that I needed was the cardboard box to be taped adequately. The store did this for free, which is a great courtesy. I know, I’m a horrible human being for not having the appropriate tape for the task. I walk out and drive home. Just when I’m thinking that I’m finally done running around the hood, I find two contents which are supposed to be with what was in the box. I called the store immediately after this discovery to ask if they could put the package aside for me after providing a brief explanation. They did. Drove back to the store to add the additional required contents to the box. They re-taped it for free. Throughout my two visits today, the reps I spoke with and met were nice, friendly, approachable, and accommodating. The store’s also quite welcoming, actually. Yeah, I’d go to this UPS store again.
