The Spa King

I purchased a spa tub and cover from this place about 4 years ago 2012! I often call them back with questions or in need of parts and they are always supportive. I have called them with questions and didn’t level my number and they still. Even if call and am told nobody is there who can help me they will call me right back to see how they can help! This is a great place!

I want to start my saying I am a very frugal shopper! Not cheap but always want to get the very most for my money! This is the most money I have spent on myself other than a car or home so it was a big deal! I worked with Jim Gandy and he was great and non pushy and patient while I looked and looked both at Spa King and elsewhere. He would send me pictures and videos upon request and when I finally made up my mind he set up delivery and had the base painted to match my deck and the custom too they made! The tub was delivered and arrived in great shape and was filled and ready to use by the very next day! That was over 6 months ago and we are still enjoying the spa 4 – 6 times per week I definitely bought the right tub the Hot Springs Het setter! Amazing power for a plug in unit and more powerful than any Spa I have ever been in! ! I highly recommend this company for their service, selection and great prices. Look everywhere else then come here to buy! Can’t find what you like no problem they get new tubs all the time! I waited and found the perfect spa!

I purchased a used spa from The Spa King and am very happy thus far. They took a lot of time to answer my questions and help me find the right spa. It was delivered quickly and was as described and shown in the You Tube video they provided. The spa had an issue and they sent someone out to fix it promptly with no questions asked. If it holds up I will be very happy. We paid a third of what a new one would have cost.
