Port St Lucie Glass & Mirror

We ordered the mirrors for our dance company from PSL Glass & Mirror and were so excited to have them installed! They were to be installed on the 17^th at noon and shortly before we left for the studio the installer, Patrick called to cancel. We had turned away lessons for that day in order to accomodate the installation. They said they were missing a molding… Ok we were understanding and patient oh and keep in mind that they had already been paid in full! That was our mistake but we don’t use checks so we had paid them the remaining 50% with our business card before installation as is customary.
They rescheduled for Saturday Oct 24^th at 9am. We have been sitting here waiting for the installer for half an hour and when we called to find out what was going on, he had not even left the warehouse!!! No apology… nothing!!!
I am sure the mirrors will be beautiful BUT if your money, your time and service are important factors to you, we would NOT recommend using this company! This has been an awful experience and considering the amount of $ involved their level of service is absolutely HORRIBLE! RUN from these folks if you value your time and $!!
We hope that this will help other folks to not have to go through what we have.
