TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We ordered 3 pizzas tonight– one grandma’s, one grandma’s with meat and one veggie. They called me back ten minutes later to tell me they only had one grandma’s crust left so I told them to make the grandma’s pizza with meat, one regular cheese and one regular veggie. When we got there to pick it up, they gave me two slices of cheesecake «for free» because of the mistake with the crust. When we got home, we found none of the pizza had meat on it even though we paid for a meat pizza, over $ 60 total. When we called to let them know of the mistake, the man on the other line yelled at me and told me the free slices of cheesecake were because of the mistake. When we explained the situation further, he told us to BRING A PIZZA BACK and they would make us one with meat. What kind of customer service yells at their customers and then asks for food back? When I got there, the man at the counter raised his voice at me again saying that we were wrong and they took back my plain cheese pizza and made me a meat pizza that was barely cooked. I hope they weren’t planning on serving that cheese pizza to someone else! Myself and my family and friends who had to deal with this will NEVER go back to them again. Terrible customer service and mediocre pizza.

Worst customer service EVER !!! The owner is an asshole and doesn’t care about the customer. I would advise everyone to stay clear of this place, they don’t deserve your patronage or your time because they don’t appreciate you as a customer ! I hope they file for bankruptcy and close their doors.

Best pizza in Port Saint Lucie and I’m from Staten Island and Brooklyn NY so we know Pizza. Owners are from north NJ and food is as good as up north.

My husband & I new to the area were told they had good pizza (since we’ve arrived this has NOT HAPPENED yet).The first time we tried the pizza @ their old location not so great experience from the beginning to the end. Greet when we arrived down hill from there food service ect. While we ate we noticed the pasta dishes looked good so we decided to try again then they moved closer to where we live and thought it looked like a nicer place than the old place (kinda lost some of it’s quaintness). So our anniversary. was Saturday thought we’d go try the pasta & have a bottle of wine, nice dinner out. As we walked in was like nothing we expected, counter area for Pick-​up, all brightly lit, staff at what the sign read was the bar (not a bar area I would sit at) eating dinner. We were greeted by a nice woman, she sat us and we ordered the bottle of wine then our dinner. Well the food was about great as the atmosphere it lacked flavor as well as presentation. I’m Sorry we won’t return. One thing that gets me, not just here but other restaurants. If you are going to charge $ 15 to 20 plus Please at least have the decency to Not wrap my silverware in a paper napkin like a corner diner & cheap silverware.

Used to be great! My favorite was the Lobster Tails Dessert.
When the change in ownership occurred this past year, quality went down completely. Lobster Tails are NOT freshly made, they are soggy, undone and the cream is very thick and they now add a cherry to it!!! Yuck!
Needless to say, We won’t be back.

So our favorite Italian restaurant moved a little further away from our house. The new location is larger, brighter and very cheerfully decorated. The same warm greeting from behind the counter made us feel right at home in the new location. Delicious, hot garlic knots filled the wait time until our food arrived. My shrimp scampi over linguini was perfection: lots of plump juicy shrimp over delicious pasta with just the right amount of garlic. My son had chicken Parmesan and his wife had chicken Francese. Both were delicious and all portions were generous enough for left overs. We are regular pizza lovers who order out about once a week. Best pizza in the area! Good Luck in your new location… even if we have to go the extra mile to get there!

Great food and service. Always a hello and goodbye. Love their lobster tails pastry. So glad they are near us. My husband had the Zuppa de Pesce and the Pasta Faggioli and it was worth every penny. Filled with Shrimp, mussels, clams and calamari. I had good old veal cutlet parmigiana. It felt like I was back home in New York.

Ordered a margarita pizza and traditional wings for delivery. When the order arrived I took the wings off the top of the pizza box. It turned out they were upside down and all the sauce had compromised the paper bag. The sauce went all over me and my carpet. Not happy! I called to let them know and they couldn’t have cared less. The pizza was mediocre at best and cold. We will not be ordering from here again.

Had dinner at their new location last night the service was sub par at best. One would assume that when you order two meals that both would be served at the same time. But, alas, NO… Only one meal came with the comment «we are out of eggplant parmigiana, would you like something else?» Did they not know this when we placed our order? Why wait until they serve the food and then one person eats at a time. Never any mention of comping our meal until we ask to speak to the manager. And even then there was a long discussion about how they can bring us another meal. And by this time my companion was done with his meal. They eventually resolved this issue by paying for our meal. Will not be going back to this place ever.

Nice Italian Family Restaurant, recently moved to much better location.
Pizza was one of the best NY style we have found in this area.
We will be back regularly on our Pizza Night!

Since new owners the service is awful, the staff including owner are not friendly and the bathroom was filthy!

Excellent Grandma’s pizza with nice crust and lots of flavor. Like how they use dollops of tomato vs all over sauce. Very cheesy and good quality.

I had a great experience eating at panariellos pizza nice small intimate atmosphere great food staff was very attentive the owner even came up and asked if I like my food didn’t feel like I was getting rushed out the door like a big chain restaurant small family atmosphere great mom and pop style pizza definitely recommend to anybody who likes real Italian style pizza and you get to see your pizza be made great Italian restaurant and the pastry selection is amazing

Worst experience to date! Horrible customer service. I’ve ordered from this place before and the quality has been declining for quite some time but today was the worst! I ordered a pizza for pick up but when we got home the bottom of the pizza was charred and one side was BURNT as in black! When I called to get a new pie the rudest girl I have ever had the displeasure of talking to answered and proceeded to eat the entire time she was talking, smacking and chewing in my ear! So unprofessional! When I asked her to please make this a priority because we had already waited 35 minutes for this pie, she said 30 minutes. When I asked why it couldn’t be any sooner she spoke to «Randy» in the background and Randy said ALL pies take a half an hour which is a total crock! The new pie was not very good at all overloaded with cheese and the dough was tasteless. NEVER AGAIN will I give them my money and it’s a shame because in the beginning they were great and in the 7 years I’ve lived in PSL I used to place an order once a week.

My mom really loves this place so we went one night for pizza (it was my first time there). The waitress was nice but rarely smiled; I wasn’t too worried about this because it was busy and she kept our drinks filled and that’s what I look for in a waitress.
My very first job was in a small Italian restaurant owned by a family that actually immigrated here from Italy; this place gives me the same vibe that the restaurant I worked for gave me. It’s a very home-​y, family-​oriented atmosphere with several TV screens strategically placed throughout so that the guys making the pizzas (which you can see from the dining room — I thought this was a cool touch that you don’t usually see) and the guests sitting in the dining room can see them. Awesome for sports games!
The service was okay. Nothing too memorable there. We had a few conversations and overheard a few conversations and that’s how I learned more about the place itself. I’ll definitely be going back for the pizza, though.
Oh my gosh, let me tell you about the pizza. I don’t even remember what kind of pizza we ordered, that’s how fast we ate it. (I’m kidding — we got the deluxe, of course.) The point is — it was DELICIOUS. So yummy. The best part is that you get to see them make it, which adds to the tinglies in your tummy while you’re waiting for it.

The customer service here is so bad that I didn’t even get a chance to order food. When I called, the man who was taking my order was rude, sarcastic and completely unhelpful. I would never subject my family to patronizing a place where the employees are so rude nor will I ever give this restaurant any of my money.

The food was really good. The Lasagna and the stuffed shells with Alfredo sauce were incredible. We are only giving 3 stars because the service was a little on the slow side. We sat for 10 minutes before a waitress came to take our drink order. After taking our entre order she then forgot one of our party’s soup so it came out just before the entre. The food was worth the slow service.

Best pizza I’ve had in Florida! 100% comparable to what I eat back in brooklyn. Highly recommend the grandma pie. It’s thin and so full of flavor. The calamari was good and the marinara it came with was even better.

Pizza is ok. nothing special here. prices are too expensive for such a place. Rather get Digornos…
