Established in 1991.

Started in Orlando in 1991, Family Owned by Doug and Sandi Kent. Moved location/​operation to Port St. Lucie in 1995, opened as Independent Lender at present location in 2002, changed licensure to Direct Mortgage Lender in 2009 under CFI based out of Orlando while maintaining all in house processing and controls on all files here in PSL to insure fast smooth transactions. Have 22 years experience in all type loans, Conventional, Govt., Construction, Rehab, Refi’s. Specialists in Govt. loans (FHA, VA, USDA) and 1^st time buyers as well as Investors and 2^nd Homes.
