While the upfront service was great(measurement, ordering) and the finished product is good(not great), the installation process was a nightmare. The installer was rude, swore, yelled and complained the entire time. My Mom was over for a couple hours and still he continued to use the ‘F’ word every 5 minutes. At the end of the day he was at the point where he literally said out loud(I was in the next room) «I am so f*ing done with this sh*t– I am going to start smashing sh*t and walk out of here». Thankfully my husband was there b/c I was getting really nervous, but had stupidly paid everything up front. I called the shop at one point and asked them to get him out of my house. He said he would call the owner. No one got back to me, but he did calm down after that, so he must have gotten a call. He continued to mutter about his aches and pains and how this was slave labor, etc. But finally he completed the job and left. Even though they left my garbage can so full of junk I couldn’t move it, and there was white powder and mess everywhere, I was just so glad to get him out of the house. We live in Tradition and thought Coastal was convenient, but please– look elsewhere.

Stay Away! I’m not being overly dramatic. I will admit, the company does have a good finished product. HOWEVER, the customer service is Horrible. No communication after you place your order. Literally! No one answers the phone or calls you back when inquiring about delivery. They make changes to material you’ve picked without notifying you. Wrong product shows up for installation, but you’re so aggravated with the whole experience you just let them install the damn thing. The only time they communicate well is when they are asking you for more money. Please, DONOTUSECOASTALFLOORS.
