Established in 2015.

Our owners have been local owners and operators in the tri-​county area for years. This concept is the latest creation from years of restaurant operation knowledge and quality standards. We will continue to grow in our neighborhoods, supporting them, and creating opportunity for its residents

Meet the Business Owner

Erik L.

Business Owner

With over 25 years of restaurant experience Erik has owned and managed every aspect of the industry. He is known in the Pasco area as the General Manager/​Chef of Joseppis Italian restaurant which later sold and was renamed as Sorrentos Italian. After the transition of ownership from Joseppis he continued his restaurant voyage in the area, helping owners build and expand their operations. Now he has come back to Port Richey with a totally new concept. Fast, Fresh, and Healthy!
