They are TERRIBLE in returning phone call when left messages on their voicemail,
I may reconsider in returning to them, if i am going to leave my pets in their care.

Terrible! First I called and left multiple messages to inquire about prices and scheduling… When I finally got someone on the phone she VERY UN knowledgable, kept having to ask someone else every question I asked to get an answer! When I FINALLY got a quote on how much to fix my cat, I asked schedule and apt for my cat. After being transferred the scheduling lady told me it was going to be more money then what the first persons quoted me! Clearly they have no idea what they are doing in the front of the house to the back. I understand this is non-​profit and you bring your animals here to get things done cheap, but there is such a thing called good customer service, which I didn’t see performed here at all! When I arrived to pick up my cat I was told to wait for the vet Dr. Yvette Vinton, after 25 mins of waiting Yvette came out, and informed me that she was unable to find my cats uterus and that she is not spade. I asked if I would be receiving a refund due to the fact that she wasn’t spade, Yvette said that even though surgery wasn’t successful it was still performed and that my money would not be refunded! After I left with my cat, I decided to call PAWS because I still couldn’t get over the fact of being cheated out of $ 185. When I called Michelle answered and I asked to speak to a supervisor and she inquired why? I explained to her why and she put on hold, five minutes later Michelle got back on the phone and told she just spoke to the vet and gave me the same speech the vet did. I asked Michelle why she was still on the phone when I asked to speak to a supervisor. She stated that the supervisor was Pam and that she stepped out for a moment and she would give Pam my info. Michelle would not commit to Pam returning my call and she would not provide me any way to contact her. I feel cheated and disrespected by this establishment and I still have not received or heard back from Pam! I plan on filing complaints witty the better business bureau, FTC, and the state of florida consumer complaints.
Today June 25 we finally got a hold of PAWS treasure Pam, and director Gene, they refuse to make the situation right and Gene asked if I would have rather them sewn my cat up and just told me she was fixed. I said «I would have know if u did that», and she said «o no u wouldn’t have.» UNBELIEVABLE! I wander how many pets they haven’t fixed and passed along as if they were and stole people’s money! PAWS will steal your money and torture ur pets! BEWARE!!!
