They are always on point and professional at this location.

Coffee is really good, but the food is always bad or they mess up your order and get the wrong things. Sometimes they even forget to put your food in the bag.

Dunkin donuts coffee is redundant and delicious. What will keep ME coming back to spend my money is excellent customer service of which this one lacks! I ordered like anyone else and saw drinks made three customers behind me. Finally I said something yet they were not apologetic for skipping over my drink. I informed them I could’ve been a SECRET SHOPPER or rather someone else in there reading the paper ones in was the SECRET SHOPPER and OOPS you all forgot the customer three times over and just giggled about. Poor customer service. Now they will get a bad rating sent to the manager and corporate. :(lost a customer and another that had to come back up there just to ask to have her small hot coffee filled all the way up. Tsk, tsk… Gladly will travel to the nearest DD for better, accurate, friendly customer service.

This is my favorite DD ever!!! I love a couple in NJ like the one in Belmar. But this one has WiFi and the gals and guys that work there are really friendly!!! Don’t need to rate the coffee and donuts… they are good!
