DC Lawn Services mows my next door neighbors lawn. About 12 months ago one of the workers knocked my corner fence post down with one of the stand behind mowers. I had noticed it a few days after it happened. I called Dwayne at DC, and he said his workers didn’t do it. He suggested that I did it. A few weeks later I asked one his workers about the post and the worker told me that he did hit it with the stand behind mower. He also said that they had a fence post at the shop and they would be replacing it in the slow season.
Now that it is the slow season I asked the workers about it a couple of times with no result. I just called Dwayne, the owner, and he said he has asked his workers about it and they all deny hitting the post. I mentioned one of the workers admitted running into the post and that they had a replacement in the shop. Dwayne said he always has aluminum fence posts in the shop and suggeted that I broke the post. At first he said I did it with my boat/​trailer, but I had sold that over 2 years ago. He then said his workers didn’t do it and refuses to replace the broken post. Beware.
