Tawyna Atkinson is unprofessional and unreliable. When our cleaning person of many years retired, she kindly offered to help us with a selection and hand-​off to a new individual for our weekly cleanings. We interviewed several candidates and selected Tawyna, the owner of Clean-​Freaks. Our housekeeper took the time to show her the ropes as well.
On her first day she no-​showed and only after numerous calls and texts we finally heard from her late afternoon when she texted to indicate she had woken up that morning feeling ill. We understood but emphasized that she needed to have communicated that in the morning. She insisted this was a one time thing and wanted to reschedule. We agreed and set an appointment for her to meet us the next week and get the key.
Again, that evening she no-​showed. She never called nor texted and we have not heard from her since. Even after imploring on us to give her another chance, there was not even communication to indicate she could not provide the service. As a result, we have been without service for two weeks and our housekeeper is completely retired and no longer can participate in a hand-​off.
We consider this to be unprofessional and unreliable. I would recommend that you skip right over this service. She may do a good job when she manages to get there but I need to trust someone entering my home.
