What a nightmare. I called twice and spoke with 2 different sale people. I explained I am driving from 2 hours away and don’t want to waste my time. I asked about a specific car and if they are willing to negotiate being as it is the end of the month and year. I was told of course, come on in. We would never lose a customer etc. I also stated that 3 different dealerships had offered me the same price to buy my car and I would not take a penny less. After much reassurance I made the 2 hour drive. They offered me thousands less for my car and would not take one penny off the list price of the car. When I got upset and asked about my conversations with the sales people I was ushered into the managers office (Jerry M). When I told him of my conversations all he was interested in was justifying why they would not come down. He stated they had come down a lot in price «for me» because they had already lowered the price over the last 9 weeks. Thats how long the vehicle had been sitting on their lot. If they had just said on the phone we have already lowered it and that is our bottom price I would have saved my self 4 hours in the car. Don’t waste your time. Unethical and unprofessional dealership. Cant believe they are still in business. I give them a BIG FAT F!!!

Purchasing the car was easy, our sales guys were very nice. If it weren’t for them I would have never bought there. The current GM has no personality and borders rude, and from what I was told there were several complaints about him that very day. As for the service, Jen is great, but the service work is lacking. I’ve had my 2015 «Certified» SUV back twice so far for body repairs, the last time was a joke. They didn’t do anything but splash a little paint on a huge, very deep scratch, didn’t add the sparkle like the car has in it and doesn’t even look like clear coated, the other noticeable scratch on the liftgate wasn’t even touched. Very disappointed and one of the reasons I probably won’t buy another Cadillac in this area.

My experience w/​AutoNation Port Richey did not go well. Since I dealt w/​them from a distance (east coast of FL vs the west coast) it was was important that I receive accurate and timely information. Neither was rec’d and I would suggest to any potential customer not to expect good service unless you a local customer.
