I would not take my car just anywhere. I’m extremely picky about body shops. Rather, I did some interviews of neighbors who have had repairs and car rental company employees to determine this was a place to try. Yes, Car rental Employees rent cars to people who’s cars are in for service and they tend to hear the best and worst about the auto body shops. Wiley’s got good reviews all around.
I’ve now been here 3 times. All 3 times, and the service is consistent, high quality, good communication, and delivered on time.
I don’t usually have to use a body shop. So, 3 times seems like a lot. (1) was from a local Car wash which damaged the SUV; (2) was from a car break-​in; and (3) was from a body part that came disconnected (note they didn’t even charge me for this repair and did it while I stood there)!!!
Due to the 1^st repair, I can tell you they mix the paint well to match. They are prepared, with body parts available, for your scheduled appointment (generally within a week of the estimate)… so I need not leave the car for long.
Hope I don’t need to use a body shop again anytime soon. But, if I do, I’ll be a return customer.
