We only had a few minutes to pick up some needed supplies. In less than 5 minutes we were asked by 3 different associates if they could help us. One took us to two different locations to get the supplies we needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. We got what we needed and were on our way in a very short time.

If I could give them a negative star I would! We dropped our laptop off over a month and a half ago to have the fan replaced. We have struggled with zero communication from managers and«techs» or so they call themselves, we called and they couldn’t find our paperwork, and lied to over and over about the status and completion time frame. We received a call two days ago saying it was finally fix and stopped by yesterday to pick up said fixed computer and it would turn on! Received a call last night saying they found the issue and fixed it… Stopped by this morning and computer didn’t freaking turn on!!! DONOTEVERUSETHEMTOFIXYOURCOMPUTER!!! We still can’t get our computer and they have to keep it for an undetermined amount of time :/Just absolutely terrible customer service!!! I will be calling corporate again

Computer buyers and those who need technical support, BEWARE! The Tech Dept here is terrible — they pretend to be knowledgeable when they definitely are not. I bought over $ 5,000 worth of computers last July — a Robert partitioned a 1,000GB hard drive into C and D — with only 80GB on drive C — it filled up recently, Oultlook was lost and i was unable to email for three days.- i took it back and Andrew, a dept manager, wanted to hold my computer for three or more days and charge me $ 69 per hour and could not be sure he could fix it — he wandered around the blogs trying to find the solution. I picked up my computer — drove to Gig Harbor, took it into Office Depot where Aaron was able to transfer data from drive C to D in about 15 minutes, spent another half hour re-installing Outlook and charged me only $ 30. Bottom line — Do NOT let Staples Port Orchard touch your computer! Or, you will be sorry.

I went in last week to get a virus protector for my infected laptop and ended up bringing it in the next day to get it repaired. The staff were friendly and very helpful. My laptop was in only one night and by the next day when I picked it up, it was working again with an newly installed virus protector(Kaspersky). The virus protector works like a charm and is easy to operate. I’m glad I took it in here since it’s on my way home from school anyways. Overall I give it 4 stars.
