They were the only place in Bremerton or Port Orchard that would come pick me up from the ferry at 2 in the morning. They were 45 minutes later than they said they would be, and they didn’t tell me they couldn’t take credit cards until we were adding $ 10 to my tab to go borrow cash from my boyfriend. It was better than walking home from Port Orchard, but I wasn’t impressed at all.

Rude, overly aggressive cab driver. I would highly recommend that you find an alternate means of getting from point A to point B. When I called to complain about the service, I got the same attitude.

Please put a negative in front of that star. It is not because I am cranky and jet lagged… If you call dispatch and they say 25 minutes and somewhere in there an «ish» in implied and these yayhoos ain’t the only ones on Alaska Standard Time and think it’s acceptable to show up a little heavy on the «ish» and a few phone calls later (let’s just say the big hand made a whole revolution)
I don’t like freezing my toukus in front of a 76 station with the hubby looking like a forlorn street-walker toting luggage at 5am waiting for our chariot to arrive…
Eff that!!! We coulda walked and made it there sooner!

I called the day before to reserve a ride for the next day as I had to be somewhere at an exact time. Eric the owner set everything up and asked me to call the next morning just to make sure I would get to where I needed to be on time. The driver arrived exactly when they said they would. He was friendly and nice. The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid. I will use them again!

Called the cab and didn’t show for two hours after repeated calls back. Dispatcher was exceedingly rude and used foul language. Would not recommend. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
