OK this one is for the books. everyone should pay attention and read this review and be very leary of the lack of professionalism and responsibility this company has shown us.
A realtor who is very close to the owner. let a client use our restroom while viewing the property. .which NORMALLY would not be a problem for a RESPONSIBLE person. but this person obviously was not that. to make the story short and to the point. this person literally PLUGGED the toilet. and not with toilet paper. and left without. checking herself!!!#AMAZING.the toilet overflowed for 36 hours into a furnace and onto are Amish hickory floors .my husband had to literally put is hand down the toilet to unplg… the realtor did not do her walk through on her departure obviously.FAILED.!# to be responsible! BOTTOM LINE. So far Damage Is 14 000.00.not a word from the brokerage.beware.of this company. this
