This fully furnished one bedroom home also has a hide-​a-​bed.

The community church is a half mile up the hill and Pomeroy Park, the Manchester boat launch, the library, restaurant, pub, hair salon, and post office are a two block walk away.

History

Established in 2008.

for the purpose of sharing with others who also love the smell of the salt water, the feel of sand on bare feet, and the sounds of the waves. I wanted to share this experience with people who would love the spectacular view that we have been blessed with.

A mobile home was placed next to the family home for the use of a relative whose knees made walking up many stairs impossible. They wanted to be near family and family wanted to be near them.

We were contacted by seniors who had grandchildren in the area, by those who were coming to attend a wedding, and by those who wanted to rent while they looked for a home to buy. They have all been wonderful neighbors and have encouraged us to continue.

Business Owner

Peggy enjoys living at the beach, reading, gardening, homemaking and doing volunteer activities.

She is a former elementary and music teacher. secretary, bookkeeper and sales specialist. She played violin in various orchestras and did church, fiddle, and classical music. We look forward to celebrating 50 years of marriage in a few years with our two girls and their families.
