My daughter loved all the friends she made while attending school… during the years I taught Pre-K at the station. We have both moved on to new schools.

My kiddo has been going to imagination station for over a year. The staff are great and the facilities are great. I’ve never had any problems with anyone there. My kiddo loves it. I’m so impressed with all he’s learned.

I visited the Imagination Station on an afternoon with my 13 month old. I was initially excited when I read the sign on the window, «Free coffee and Wifi»…two of my favorite things! When I walked in the door things got awkward. I was standing at the counter waiting to pay the entrance fee. Two women behind the desk were just chatting away with each other. Did they notice me? I didn’t know. I questioned whether or not I was to pay. Maybe it is free here! Well eventually they noticed me and smiled but didn’t greet me. So after waiting patiently for a few minutes and searching for a pricing chart that I never found I decided to walk in and meet my friend. The toys are very fun for infants through preschoolers. I had so much fun playing here with my baby! I like that they offer a wide variety of gross motor and fine motor skill toys and they have two areas that can be closed off to prevent your child from wandering too far away. Toward the front they have an eating area with tables and chairs. This is very useful when you need to take a break to breastfeed/eat/drink. We stayed for hours until it closed at 3, as we were leaving I flagged down an employee and payed $ 6. She was very relaxed and didn’t seem to mind at all that we didn’t pay as soon as we came in. Well worth the money! I will definitely be back.

I am surprise by the bad reviews. I never heard of this place but a friend suggested it for a play date. My daughter is 18 months and as soon as we got there she wanted to go play! We were signed in and got a punch card and in she went. I was worried since she was under 2 that she would have to play in the under 2 room, but she didn’t have to. A lot of kids under 2 were playing in the big room. All the kids got along, not much fighting over toys and they were all sharing. No, the workers do not watch the kids, which they mention on the website, which is fine by me, I don’t think it is hard to keep an eye on your own child, which all the parents were. They also offer classes which we may check out like mommy and me music classes.

The staff was rude and inattentive. I think it may have been the owner who checked me in and was incredibly rude. I would have called her out on her attitude and walked out right then and there but I was meeting a couple friends for a playdate so I felt compelled to stay. During our hour and a half visit the two ladies who were working there didn’t do much in the way of monitoring the play area. While there is lots of equipment to keep kids occupied they only have one or sometimes two of each«high value» toy which causes arguments and aggression among younger children who each want to play with the shopping cart, roller coaster or Little Tykes cars and don’t understand the concept of waiting their turn. The 6 or so other parents who were there were more involved with talking with each other or messing on their computers/phones than they were with watching their children. A half hour before we left the preschool class let out which unleashed 12+ 4 – 5 year olds onto the play floor. These children ran around with little regard to the smaller 2 – 3 year olds, pushing and shoving, taking toys, yelling, screaming, etc. Neither the parents nor staff did anything to curb their rude and unruly behavior. Two children collided while running and neither parent came to investigate. I had to walk one child to his dad. Their idea of an «all day» pass is laughable. Since when is being open for 3 – 6 hours considered«all day»? Due to lunch and nap time the longest we can stay on any given day is about 2 hours. $ 7 for 2 hours worth of play isn’t worth it to me, especially when the toys my child played with most are the same as what we have at home(kitchen set, Little Tykes car, baby doll). And to top it off, when I used the restroom there was liquid on the floor near the toilet. I don’t know if it was water or urine but trying to use the toilet while not putting my stocking foot in it(they don’t allow shoes on the play floor) was a challenge.

Imagination Station is a great place for the stay at home mom who just needs a break. It’s a great place to meet for play groups. It’s a great place to take one kid so he or she can play with others. In general, it’s a great place. There’s a seating area which fronts a large play area. The play area is equipped with several stations for pretend play, like the kitchen area, the garage, the garden. At the center of this large room is a bubble machine which they turn on every half hour or hour. There’s a big cedar jungle gym(age appropriate) at the back and a soft toy area for the tinier babes. Inside this large room with all it’s various set ups are toys, trains, cars or carts of every stripe and color. The seating area is wi-fi equipped, there’s free coffee and tea, and snacks for purchase. In back there is a classroom. Occasionally the Imagination Station offers date nights, wherein they’re watch your kid, feed him/her dinner and let you and your sweetie go out for a few kid free hours. I love imagination station. They’ve done a lot with the resources they have and provide a highly needed service for the area.
