After living with fibromyalgia, chronic pain, in my 20’s and 30’s, I now teach people how to live pain free through a simple set of un-​exercises designed to release pain.

After years of hands-​on body work and teaching movement classes, there are now 150 movement classes available online to get you of pain and improve physical performance easily and effortlessly without any strain.
