Don’t come here for body waxing. I’ve now been here twice. The first time they said my hair wasn’t long enough, so I left and came back after my hair grew more. Went back, they said they’d charge me twice as much because the hair was too long! I’ve been getting waxed/​sugared for many years and I know how long my hair needs to be and I’ve gotten waxed/​sugared at both hair lengths at other places. It seems like maybe they don’t want to do body waxing services. Both times I was made to wait 25 minutes in the lobby and wasn’t told they were running behind, they also weren’t that busy (only 2 people getting their nails done), I had to ask how much longer before I’d be seen and it seemed like they forgot I was sitting there. I was the only one in the waiting room and the person who took me back to get waxed was sitting in a back room with no clients.
I was hoping to find something closer to home for body waxing but this was very disappointing and total waste of time.

I’ve been here three times in the past four months. I’ve never had a problem. For the last two times, I had Lina, who is awesome. I have problems with my cuticles getting extremely dry (not their fault; just something that happens). She takes her time to get my nails looking perfect.
The first two times I had just a deluxe pedi; today I decided at the last minute (during my pedi) to have a gel manicure. My cuticles (my hands in general) are all torn up from excessively dry skin, just like my feet.
Although she seemed rushed during the mani, she did a great job, and my feet and hands look so much better! She does such a good job that even my podiatrist mentioned how clean the lines of the polish on my feet were!
She’s also honest, today I almost overpaid (with tip) by $ 10. She looked down at the money strangely, and then to me, and I realized I’d given her a twenty instead of a ten.
The quality of work here is better than a high-​end salon I used to go to. Highly recommended.

Sorry the one star is they were really nice and kept my appt. otherwise i am not coming back here. I get my nails done once in a blue moon and this place was harsh on my skin and now (for the past 2 months) since going there the skin or lack there of wont heal…

I enjoyed my experience at this nail salon. I was greeted at the door with a smile and directions of what to do next. When I set down in the pedi chair the nail tech adjusted the water to my liking. We exchanged just enough conversation for me to relax and feel comfortable. The quality of my nail was amazingly perfect. They was also able to cover my black toe, which was damaged after I dropped a can on it. The atmosphere consist of a homey & chic décor, organized, and didn’t smell like a complete nail salon. I will definitely come back every two weeks.

First time ever getting a pedicure! Super friendly and clean along with very relaxing chairs. Water was never too hot, utensils appeared to be all clean. Went with a friend and the ladies working on us kept an even pace so that we finished around the same time.
Wish they had a gel mani pedi combo deal like they do for the regular mani pedi.

I enjoyed coming to blossom today. I called and they were able to get me in right away. Monday is a good day to go. I had a good pedicure felt a little rushed on the mask but it was still great. My fill was awesome. I really enjoyed Susan. It’s a bummer I am only visiting and won’t be able to come back to her forever. She was able to add the number on my nail I wanted and made sure to take care of me. She was friendly and funny too. I think I’ll come back once more in a couple weeks before I leave. Cute salon. It is an old remodeled house. Really homey. And clean. I knocked a star only because the polish needs updating… They are all dry or chunky and not a ton of colors. They have a good selection of gel polish tho. Thanks Susan.

Kevin is my nail MAN! I literally have to see him every week I’m in town. He is a perfectionist and so sweet. I love all the staff and the new iced coffee is to die for. I send all my bridal clients to the salon for nail extensions, waxing, eyelash extensions and pedicures! Some say they are priced a bit high, but you get what you pay for. Quality!

Very surprised I liked this place as much as I did. Just wanted a quick mani/​pedi and they had an opening right away. Clean place with friendly staff. Don’t mind that you can’t understand what they’re saying to each other, the work they do and their upbeat friendly demeanor makes up for it. I will definitely be coming back here!

I just popped into Blossom for a spur of the moment pedicure, and they had a chair for me right away. I didn’t get the lady’s name who took care of me but she was fantastic! I got the deluxe pedi which included paraffin, salt scrub, cool lotion and hot stone massage. My god, I felt so pampered! I bought the iced coffee they offered (it was 93 degrees outside!), and after all that, the bill still was under $ 40. Loved the service and attention I received so YES, I will be back

I’ve been here quite a few times and it’s the only place I ever go for my nails now. They do an excellent job and prices are good for the service they provide. I always get the gel full set. I tend to make appointments though because it seems they can get pretty busy on the weekends.

My second time at Blossom for a pedicure. First experience was decent. Nothing over the top quality wise but the ladies are very friendly. Today I had Elsa and I have to say she is amazing! Very sweet, extremely talented and speaks perfect English! I’m not a huge nail art fan but wow, her flowers are top notch! Even her coworkers were hovering over to watch how she does her designs! Prices are average– $ 25 basic Pedi (+$ 5 for flower) and seems very clean.

The place was busy but the wait was only 10 minutes. I really like that Elsa spoke English well. She didn’t rush. She did a great job on my pedicure and my nails. I really like the design. I highly recommend going back to blossom nails.

I’ve been coming to Blossom since January 2015. At first they were very nice, welcoming, friendly, and did a great job on services.
About two months ago I noticed a decline in good customer service. I would tell them what I wanted when I walked in and they would tell me they could do one service, but not the other. Or they would ask me if I could come back the next day. That day I went to Ocean Nails and Spa down the street and they got me right in.
Today, while I was receiving a pedicure I noticed my toenail was cracked. The woman doing my toes tried to convince me there was nothing she could do about it and tried to leave it. I complained and another woman came over and helped her with what to do. Another woman came over to do another woman’s pedicure. They all started laughing and talking, and to be honest I believe they were saying negative things about me; but were to cowardly to say it in English. I was also asked if I could come back tomorrow for my full set while I was in the middle of getting my pedicure. I said no. I need it done today.
The woman who did my full set freaked out because I simply asked for gel powder instead of acrylic. I explained to her I told them in the beginning what I wanted. She seemed like she was rushing.
I wasn’t going to tip, but I tipped a small amount because the good in me felt like doing so and I felt like it was the right thing to do. They always seem to be understaffed… I do not recommend this spa to anyone and I do not plan to return.

After three services done and two trips to Blossom I can say they are average.
Without going into great detail, I can say that if you are shy or timid about «reminding» them of their pricing you will probably have a much higher bill than if you stick up for yourself. It’s unfortunately somewhat typical of nail salons, and I find it predatory.
I can say I would use them again, and probably will — as their prices are reasonable if you can keep track of exactly what you’ve asked for.
I enjoyed their location. It is very clean, bright, and the people that work there are very personable.

Blossom is way better than most of the nail salons in Kitsap county. Very clean, nicely decorated, and the employees are extremely pleasant. I have only had pedicures and acrylic nails done here, but I am always happy with their service.

I go in pretty regularly.
They are super clean, autoclaved nail tools for each person. That’s just the beginning.
Each person working there is kind, warm, professional.
I never have to wait. Even when it’s super busy they have so many seats and so many people are working. Typically quantity means no quality, but NOT IN THIS CASE! The workmanship is amazing! Every single time i go in my nails look perfect.
I would recommend this place to anyone. If you want artwork you can’t beat them! The deluxe mani pedi is to die for. You feel spoiled. My nails always look clean professional and beautiful. I very compliments all the time.
Finally, the price is more than reasonable. For a deluxe mani pedi it’s only $ 45. They really just can’t be beat. I love these guys. I hope you try them so you can see for yourself just how wonderful they are.

I drive from Tacoma to Port Orchard for my fills, pedicures (deluxe is the beeeeeest), and eyebrow waxes. Kim and Kevin are amazing nail artists and I recently had the pleasure of receiving a fill from a new girl who did a fabulous job, but I unfortunately forgot to ask for her name. I get gel polish on acrylics and I like my nails short and rounded for work. They do a great job and if you have a complaint about waiting, make an appointment. I’ve never had to wait longer than 20 minutes if I have one. I never ask for anything too complicated, I’m not there to challenge my artists, I’m there to relax.
Best part: I understand everyone there and they remember my name so I feel important when I walk in! They always ask how I’m doing and what’s new, and there’s no awkward silence!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This place is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Quick backstory. I used to worship this place. I would make excuses to get my nails filled early just to see what else Kevin (a nail artist there) could do because it seemed like he knew how to do anything.
On my last trip here yesterday, I brought in nail tape that I purchased to create cool chevron stripes on my nails. When I showed these to Kevin, he all but refused to try it for me. I eventually coaxed him into doing it because I probably couldn’t do it on myself. During the whole fill, he kept drilling my skin around my nails and it really burned. After all was said and done I was charged $ 30 for a $ 15 nail fill just because I had designs on my nails. (Stripes that I purchased MYSELF, and a few TINY rhinestones.)
I asked Kevin how much the designs would cost BEFORE allowing him to do it. And he refused to tell me and cheated me out of my money. I basically paid for an acrylic nail fill twice. It cost me more to get my nails filled than it would to just get a whole new set. In conclusion I feel very cheated and didn’t tip a penny afterwards. Please save yourself from amateur night and try landing nail salon or any other place in port orchard. This place disappointed me after my loyalty as a customer.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I made an appointment because I was going to be taking my 5 month old with me. She is a very good baby and would have no problem sitting on my lap playing for an hour while I get a pedicure.
Too make a long story much shorter, we arrived for our appointment 5 minutes early at 4:25. We were seated at 4:35. At 4:55ish I asked for warm water. At 5:05 I asked how much longer and was told 5 minutes. At 5:15 when my baby let out her first peep of a fuss we got up and left.
Ridiculous to have an appointment and wait for 45 minutes and not even be approached by an employee apologizing or explaining why there is a delay.
Oh, and a lady that arrived after us, was just finishing up her fill and polish as we left.

Alrigghhhht. As I mentioned before, loved their pedis & went ahead & tried getting my nails done as well. Basic fill & gel polish. The guy shaped em well & what not until we got to the polish. After he was done, I looked at them & realized he didn’t glue my natural nail to the acrylic as you’re supposed to when getting fills to avoid bacteria & what not. The gelish wasn’t sealed at the tips & wasn’t shinning as it should have for just getting them done. I waited for a young lady who was so nice to try to fix em. Although they weren’t the way they should have been, she made em look better. I almost considered going to a new salon to have them take them off & put a new set on but it’s pricey. Long story short, I have officially learned my lesson. I will not be going back for ANYTHING else but pedi’s. If that.
