History

Established in 1999.

Pauline’s Pet Styling began on September 11, 1999, as Pauline’s Mobile Pet Salon.

Pauline Graduated from Fifi’s School of Pet Grooming with a Diploma of Excellence in Advanced Pet Grooming, along with the Student Recognition Award.

In her first full year, Pauline won the Best Around Groomer, awarded by the Daytona Beach News-​Journal. This continued for 3 years. With her waiting list growing to two years, she had to ask clients to stop voting for her. Then to accommodate these waiting customers, on August 6, 2006, Pauline’s Pet Styling LLC Salon was born.

Paulines has the best groomer. We’ve been bring our Lhasa there for about five years. Christina treats our Buddy well and always gives him a great cut. The lady’s up front are also an asset to the business. I would highly recommend these groomer.

My little schnauzer had gotten a really bad haircut at another groomer. The lady had totally trimmed off all his mustache and gave him a very blotched haircut. I cried when I picked him up. After 2 months of growing his hair back out, I took him to Pauline’s who was highly recommended by whoever I asked. Pauline greets you herself which is very nice.
Kathy at Pauline’s was wonderful. She loves to groom schnauzers and it showed. She was very kind to us both and trimmed his hair back in to a schnauzer cut. He did not have to sit in a cage for 4 hours as Petco said would happen there. The apt was on time and I picked him up in 1 hr and 15 min just as they said.
No one is asking me what kind of dog he is now as they know he’s a champion schnauzer. Thank you Kathy!

I called to make an appointment and was pleased with the level of service received. The receptionist was attentive and personable. I did play phone tag a bit which was a bit of an inconvenience. Our initial appointment was unexpectedly cancelled and the next one wasn’t until two weeks away. The busy schedule is a bit of an inconvenience but a blessing for them. As far as the grooming it was reasonably priced and done well and thorough. My pup isn’t the easiest to work with but I did see a few closer uneven shaves then experienced with his prior groomer in Ft. Pierce. Certainly worth a shot.

In October 2014 I picked up my dog from Pauline’s Pet Styling to find my dog had been wounded. When I asked Christina, the groomer, about it she said it was because Pauline changed the time she had to groom my dog from 75 minutes to 60 minutes and that was the best she could do in her allotted time. So if you want your pet groomed quickly and don’t mind if your pet gets wounded Pauline’s Pet Styling is the place to go.

We can’t say enough nice things about this grooming business. All the groomers are kind and gentle with the dogs and they do excellent work. Our Shih-​Tzu has always loved coming here, it has been a special treat for her. Recently, she was injured and can’t walk well so Pauline spent extra time making sure Rainbow was comfortable and happy. Wonderful pet grooming business… We highly recommend them!

I have a small maltishu that is my baby. I love Pauline’s. When you make an appointment, they are on time, you can watch through a window and your dog is ready in one hour. Very polite people and all the groomers appear to love dogs. I wouldn’t take my pet to someone that would keep him more than the amount of time that it takes to groom ONLY him. After all, I had an appointment.

After moving back to the area from Atlanta, I was in need of a good, reliable groomer. I asked my friends on Facebook where to take my dogs and every single one of them said Pauline’s. I definitely wasn’t disappointed.
Kathy is the best! She is always so kind and professional, and always remembers me when I call or come in. They even made me a handmade ornament with my dog’s name on it at Christmas time.
I have two Doodles (a schnoodle and goldendoodle) and I am very particular on their haircuts. Every time I’ve brought them to Pauline’s, I’ve left completely satisfied. They’ve always followed my instructions and every haircut has always turned out great. The prices are reasonable, considering the excellence in grooming.
The only downside to Pauline’s is the wait time. If you’re trying to get an appointment on a weekend, you have to make one weeks in advance. I’m a working professional and am unable to come by during the week so I’m limited with my schedule. Although this is frustrating, the long waiting list shows that they really are that good. Occasional Sunday hours or staying open later on Saturdays would be nice.
Overall, I’d highly recommend Pauline’s.

My husband and I were really impressed with Kathy, the receptionist and Marllyn whom took care of our boston terrier Delilah today. Delilah was happy as could be when she came out! We love the friendly staff and thank you for your wonderful work! We were very happy to have so many people refer us to you and look forward to the next visit!

No. Do not go here. If you treasure your pet, do not take it here. I don’t even want to go into detail about the near tragedy that occurred from my dog being groomed here. Just go somewhere else, or do it yourself.
