Captain Carter was on time and ready to go for us — not sure what happened below. He set me up to land my first fish — a 20 pound King Salmon!!! I couldn’t be happier. He also taught us jigging so we can fish off the cliff near our cabin and was great with the kids.

Carter did not show up for the scheduled Halibut fishing charter that we booked 3 months prior. He had confirmed the trip with us via email and had given us all the necessary information two weeks leading up to the trip. On the morning of our charter, we showed up at the port at the time he instructed us to, but he was not there. His phone went straight to voicemail and he did not answer emails sent asking where he was. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing considering that we chose his charter over the many others in the area.
