I called to order Eggplant parm. The person taking the order asked what kind of pasta. So I asked if i could get anything instead. She said«sure, broccoli or spinach». I said, spinach, great thanks. She said 40 minutes. Almost an hour later the delivery guy called to say he couldn’t find my house. When he got here, I asked if he had put it in his GPS. Nope, figured he knew the area. So no wonder the food was ice cold. And then I see that i was charged $ 4 for the spinach. No one ever said anything about a charge. When I called the store, I was basically told there was nothing they could do unless I wanted a credit for next time. There’s 100 places to order in the area, don’t waste your time with this one.

The food is pretty good. The owner and his employees behind the counter can be extremely rude. They don’t have the concept that they should be nice and greatful for their customers. Instead there’s constantly no «thank you s», have a great day or just simply«bye». I’ve seen an elderly woman who got short changed and when she asked the owner to break down the charges, she was right. You would think he would say«sorry». Not a word from him. That’s the kind of business they run here. Have been eating elsewhere.

I ordered a small«personal» pizza last night. the pizza tasted like cardboard! The young man offered to make a fresh personal size. I was so disappointed! it wasn’t just me, three other co workers ordered pizza as well and threw there’s away. I didn’t think I could find pizza that tasted that horrible in NJ! One other thing, I noticed the cashier took my cash, then he continued making the pizza orders with his bare hands UNWASHED. I saw him do it with 4 other orders while I was waiting for my order. I’m sorry, but you can’t handle CASH, then handle FOOD without washing your hands!!!

Ordered many times for delivery. Chicken wings are amazing. Pizza is just fair. The man who answers the phone is simply too rude. Not worth his horrible manners. Sad.

This place is horrible! They have overcharged me a few times and it is like pulling teeth to get the money refunded. Not even an apology! The owner and his little minion manager at the register are so rude. I have given this place way to many chances DONOTORDERFROMHERE. Horrible customer service and the food is sub par.

I’ve been in and out of this place once a month or so and am largely neutral due to convenience and abundance of quality pizza in the NJ area. Owner is a nice guy, service is usually helpful and it’s usually mostly empty. That being said, I usually come here with my Dad in dress clothes after work. So maybe he thinks I have money. I would recommend skipping the dining area and just coming here for pizza or subs for a number of reasons: 1) They charge for every refill. Even Wendy’s doesn’t charge for refills anymore. 2) Wait staff seems to cycle out regularly with a bad retention rate. This makes them slower to the uptake and they don’t know all the ins and outs. There has been confusion and slow delivery of bread, salad, the works. 3) It’s freezing in here in the winter. The kitchen must be sweltering or they’re trying to save a couple bills on the heat. Sometimes when I’m in NJ I feel like there’s a pizza place on every corner. You need to be competitive in this market, especially because the place is in a dumpy shopping plaza on run-down stretch of Rt 36. Honestly, I probably would never go here unless it was on the way home from work and ranks mostly average for myself(your average Italian pizza-lover).

Every dinner I have ordered has been amazing. The chicken vesuviana is absolutely the best and the house dressing is like nothing I’ve ever had. A nice quick BYO place, not just a pizza place but some nice seating in the back.

The prices were raised recently yet the quality is not as good. That’s when places start to lose customers. Their pizza and roles are the only things we’ll order from there now. Very disappointing.

No stars for you guys!!!( Unilocal makes you give at least 1) I live near by and learned about the chicken parm on garlic focaccia bread. Sounds great right??? Well I went in and ordered a whole one and they refused to make it for me. They had 2 halves sitting there all day and insisted I buy those. This was in the afternoon not 10 minutes before closing. I said I would wait please make a fresh one and again they rudely refused. I don’t know why but I bought the leftover halves and surprise, it sucked. No seasoning on the dried out chicken, rubbery dried out focaccia and nearly no sauce or cheese detectable. This was not first visit there and not my first disappointment. All of their offerings are bland watery and tasteless how in they world can they still be open? Since I am an extensive biz traveler and a foodie I’ve been to thousand of joints and this was among the worst. They will never see another penny from my pocket. I strongly suggest you decide to eat elsewhere.

I gave it two stars because their pizza is really good. Their service and attitude on the other hand is horrible.

My husband & I have been ordering here since we moved to the area! They’re food is above average for a pizza joint. I order the chicken marsala & shrimp franchese often. As good as my own, but when I’m tired & don’t feel like cooking they’re on speed dial. They’re friendly & courteous service always! Highly recommend!

Pizza is very good. However, the owner is beyond rude!!! He must think he has the only pizza place in town. Looking forward to trying the new pizza place just opened down the road. Then I don’t have to deal with owner and his rudeness.

I’m writing this review out of rage. Ordered a pizza with sausage, peppers, and mushrooms. Pretty good combination. Pretty hard to screw up. I have a major problem with restaurants that use canned mushrooms in their food. Why? Because they are gross, watery, discolored chunks of crap. They don’t add that fresh, amazing texture that fresh mushrooms are supposed to provide a pizza. The garbage that this place delivered to me was sloppy, wet, and was smothered in canned mushrooms. There were hardly any peppers or sausage pieces on the pie. When I tried to pick up a slice, everything fell off. You can’t even get a handle on a slice without the whole thing falling apart. I picked the mushrooms off of one slice and nothing was left but watery sauce, a strand of green pepper, and a chunk of sausage on floppy, soggy dough. Worst pizza I ever had. For shame, Pizza and Pasta Factory. Never again.

This place took the spot where Romeos used to be. It is located in a stripmall so there is more than enough parking at all times. Food wise I can say that the pizza is certainly in the good category. Personally, nothing to write home about but def not bad. But I admit I have not had more than a couple of slices from this place. I originally started going here for their subs and I think they are the beat thing on the menu and the best thing this plac le has to offer. Price wise this place is not good. It is more expensive than most area pizza places. They also nickel and dime you. Literally. Subs come with whatever is listed in the description and lettuce tomatoe onion and oil vinegar. If you add anything else it will cost you a buck. I asked for mayo and they charged me a dollar. For mayo!!! I know right? I also got the calamari a couple times and both times it was rubbery and not good. The first time I thought it was a fluke so I gave it another shot. Never again. The staff is not the either. Most of the time they have two mexicans running the counter. One if which does not seem to have the needed English skills to work such a job. I should also note that although this is an Italian restaraunt, the kitchen is packed with mexicans. I ordered take out 3 times here and 2 out of the 3 times when I came to pick up my order at the prescribed time, there was a complication that caused me to wait for over 25 mins in the pizzeria(after the 30 I waited after placing the order). Foe my trouble they gave me 4 burnt garlic knots. Overall I tend to avoid the place. To food is overpriced for no reason(I’d pay more for higher quality but that’s not the case here) and the staff and service is sub par as compared to other local pizzerias(like villa by shoprite). No good!
