Recently bought a stove, refrigerator, microwave & dish washer from Richard.
Excellent knowledge about his products. Recommend them over the big box store.
They were comparable to big box pricing.
Needed a minor adjustment on the refrigerator and service responded on the same day. Try to get that from GE.
Work with Richard. You will not be disappointed. Same people at the same location for about 30+ years. They must be doing something right.

Disgusted went in needed someone to come look at my fridge because it wasn’t working well. The lady didn’t even give me a chance to explain my problem. All she kept saying we are booked the next couple of days. I was trying to tell her it’s a emergency my freezer wasn’t freezing she didn’t care. As I was leaving the older gentlemen said to her I wish you would’ve let me make those decisions. Basically something could’ve possibly been done. I bought my washer from them a long time ago. Well I will never ever do business here again. Sometimes this is why I’m afraid of doing buisness in Port situations like this.

Great place to do business with. Richard was very helpful in helping me select a great washer and dryer. I selected a speed queen set that is made with lots metal instead of a lot of plastic. He spent a great deal of time showing me the pro’s of this set. He does know what he is talking about. Got free delivery the same afternoon and the delivery guys were great.
