Jelena Medic is a phenomenal stylist. She is the red haired vixen when you walk in, definitely ask to see her. She’s a master stylist who goes to lengths and bounds to make sure you’re satisfied with your cut and color. A true natural who also happens to teach Aveda to students. Definitely recommend, I always bounce around between, blonde, brunette, ombré to balayge to fire engine red — and no matter what the color comes out amazing. I always get compliments after seeing her. Definitely a huge asset to Sky Salon.

I went in this afternoon to get my bangs fixed and Omg My hair looks AMAZING
Even my conversations with the hairstylist was great.
I came out of there feeling like a hot mommy. She fixed my layers and bangs, gave my hair texture, BOOM!
It looked completely different, SO ME!
Even my husband loved it!

I hadn’t been to Sky Salon in years since I moved out of the county. I was in town visiting and came here to get a blow out since I forgot to pack my flat iron. Jelina was my stylist and she did an excellent job with my blow out. Typically, because I have thick hair (and a lot of it too), it takes more than an hour to get my hair blow dried straight using a round brush. From the moment I walked in to the time I walked out it was a little under an hour. The scalp massage was an added bonus!

I had been going to Sky Salon for years to get my nails done. Lisa was the best!!! I always looked forward to my appointment. But unfortunately due to a death in my family I suffered a Severe financial downturn. I was unable to afford getting my nails done. :(. I am hoping the new year will turn everything around and I can go back. I miss Lisa and Kristen. There is no better manicurist than LISA!!!

Just saw Megan, she is so talented and great to talk to! I have some weird, thick hair and i wanted short but not to look like a boy and she did an AWESOME job!!! I will defiantly be back!

My brother is pretty picky on getting his hair cut and cut the way he wants it to be. So we have been searching for a local salon and reading reviews and finally came in to conclusions to try this salon. We walked in and asked for an appointment. He was able to be seen within the hour (which was great)! They were on time and the stylist was very knowledgeable and professional. He was overall happy with his haircut and couldn’t have been more comfortable! We found him his new hair salon Thank you Megan for giving my brother more confidence!

Great salon! I have gone there for years, they are classy and professional. They have great products and always have super cute jewelry and other trinkets for extremely reasonable prices! My stylist is Andrea, she’s awesome. Never been disappointedly!

I didn’t know why I haven’t discovered this place since I have been living here for 8 years? The place has excellent service. I love that they used quality products and they can accomodate with your schedule. The hairdressers are awesome but you might want to ask some advice from the front desk who will they recommend based on your taste.

Wonderful Salon. Been going here for 13 years. They do your hair like it is an art– always comes out beautiful. I see Andrea Fischer. She takes a long time with you, gives you a little neck and shoulder massage, and knows how to do the best cut on your hairstyle. She is a master stylist — you won’t be disappointed. Whole salon feels elegant and fancy and earthy. Enjoy!

I had a haircut today.
Last time, I tried «Masa hair salon» (please see my review) and I liked it but this time I tried «Sky Salon» because it’s close to my place (It’s important because I don’t have a car now!) and one of my Japanese friends goes there to have haircut (her haircut and hair color look nice)
First, I visited to their website and found $ 20 discount coupon for the first customer.
I printed it out and requested appointment for haircut and blow dry through the website. When I requested, I wrote about the coupon and about a hair stylist; anyone would be fine but I have a long hair so I would like to ask someone who is good at feminine style.
Next day, they called me and explained that I could use the coupon with service valued $ 65 or more so I decided to ask Master stylist.
They sent me confirmation massages on 2days before and the day of the appointment. That’s good to remind you.
When I walked into the salon, many products from shampoo to accessories welcomed me, and without waiting, stylist Jenna came to me.
I brought a book to show some styles I like and she totally understood what I wanted. Her assistant gave me shampoo (shampoo smelled soooo good and the head massage she gave me was very nice) and after shampoo, she served tea. The tea was good too.
Jenna was very friendly and skillful. She did some layers on my side and it was just right. I really liked my hair.
Also everyone at the salon was very friendly.
The service was as good as service Japanese good salon do.
It cost $ 65 for haircut and blow dry. (unfortunately I forgot to use the coupon…)
Definitely I will come back here again… but in 5 months, lol

Great salon, nice people, clean and peaceful. Prices are good for the high quality service and Aveeda products. My gal is Harmony and I love her. She makes me look beautiful! You should definitely give it a try if you are looking for a salon or maybe just need a change.

my mother has had many facials in her lifetime. Some good, some not so good, She LOVES Shelia at SKY SALON and always comes out of her facial appointments so happy and relaxed.- my mom tends to find fault with just about everything, but never ever with Shelias facials!!! She has been going to Shelia for a few years now and raves how absolutely wonderful the experience is for her everytime. Its the one time in the month she dosnt complain– thank you Shelia, I hope you never leave Sky Salon!

Again Lisa has outdone herself! I love my nails and she’s always so patient with me and what i like! :D

I absolutely LOVE Sky Salon and have found my new go-​to place… The team was super friendly and professional and take great care of their customers… I had my hair highlighted and cut my Matt and he did an AMAZING job! My only regret is not going there sooner!

After years of friends urging me to try Jenna’s Sky Salon, I finally decided to try a new stylist. I am very picky about my color and my cut. Jenna is such a skilled colorist. She is better than any stylist I have used in many years. Her salon is professional and yet very comfortable. Her prices are par with other really great salons. I wish I had the courage to switch years ago.

I am a huge critic of hair salons! I recently moved to the area and frantically had to find a new hair stylist. And let me tell you!!! Fantastic! Absolutely fantastic! I walked in scared and extremely worried! And I left with a new salon I trust and at ease! Thank you! Xoxo!

Took a leap of faith after reading Unilocal reviews & decided to try Sky Salon.
Gemma McPhee was my stylist and she did an amazing job on my highlights.
Perfection! Medium brown undertones with a very light blonde streaks. I
have had some really bad experiences elsewhere and I am SO relieved
to find Gemma and Sky Salon. I watched the other stylists do equally amazing
work, especially with color. They use Aveda products and all have Aveda training,
a brand which I consider to have reliable credibility.
The pricing was very reasonable considering what I was robbed for in Pasadena — that’s another story.
Must give a shout-​out to the Sky receptionist. Very salon savvy and salon professional. How refreshing to have someone take that position seriously,
one that I consider very important to the success of a business. Good listening
skills. Spelled my uncommon name correctly. Suggested I meet an available
stylist for a no charge consultation right then. Introduced me to Gemma.
That’s how it’s done people! Ya don’t want slackers in that chair. My
over all impression was the salon gets how personal and intimidating
the salon experience can be and they are going to swoop down and win
your confidence. Won mine!
Gemma is a frikkin; hair sorceress who takes her haircraft to a whole new
level. My color is gorgeous. I’m very loyal when I’ve had an exceptional experience
therefore Gemma is my go-​to girl as long as I’m in this area.
To be fair, again, all the stylists were banging out impressive results. The
attitude there is very balanced. Highly recommend Sky Salon. A talented group
of ladies. Thanks to Gemma for surpassing my expectations. Awesome colorist.

From the moment you enter the salon, you’ll notice that the entire staff is friendly, smiling, and really seem to enjoy their jobs. That rubs off on the customers, or at least it does on me.
As some of you may know, I’m not especially easy-​on-​the-​eyes (anymore), but by the time I leave this salon, I feel like a new man ready to tackle job interviews, holidays, slow bartenders, and just about anything else.
My preferred stylist, Andrea, spends a ton of time massaging the scalp & shoulders while inquiring about my satisfaction with the prior haircut, then it’s off to the hair wash station for more massage & relaxation. I typically ask her to focus on cutting only the gray hairs, but that’s become an unreasonable request at this point in my life, though she also trims my mustache, sideburns, and goatee which is a nice bonus.
Andrea’s my gal and I recommend her.

I took all of my bridesmaids here to get their hair and makeup done!
Positive Feedback: (1) The employees listened! They were masters at listening and portraying what I wanted. (2) If we weren’t happy with something, they continued to try until we were happy. (3) When we got breakfast, they brought out little tv dinner tables for us to sit comfortably. (4) They were patient and have obviously been trained to handle the wedding crowd. :o)
Negative Feedback: (1) Towards the end of our appointment, we felt a little rushed as if the hair dressers did not block an extra few hours in addition to our appointment (which is vital for a wedding party). (2) A little on the pricey side, but totally worth it in the end result.
