I’ve been here a few times and I have never had an issue. They handle the rude customers very well at this location… maybe today was be a rude entitled person day, but two rude people came in while I enjoyed my meal. Handled it very well. Maybe it was the hot weather… Respect others.

Had a little wait for fresh food, but other than that Brianna and her crew kicked ass! I’d made sure to tell the cashier. Great job ladies, and chefs!

Crappy customer service, at least after 7:30pm. The employees, they have ears, but they don’t have the patience to allow the customer to order using complete sentences. Ladies, we don’t all work fast food, and likewise, we don’t all speak your fast food kitchen abbreviated form of communication. I got the wrong food tonight because of your poor communication and customer service skills. I’m also pissed that they only give teriyaki sauce on to-go orders of teriyaki chicken if you specifically ask for it; they don’t suggest it, and if you don”t remember to ask for the teriyaki sauce that is supposed to come with the freakin teriyaki chicken, you’ll be getting grilled chicken, but not really teriyaki chicken in my book. Next time, I’ll write the order down in triplicate, include napkins, desired sauces, forks, and I will then hand a copy to the person taking our order, and I am going to say, «don’t say a fuXXing word to me until you have read and understood that order; and we’re going to make you have to pay attention to your job at work so you don’t get distracted while helping us.» If you do go in after 7:45 pm, be prepared for only half of the normal menu choices being available. Around that time of night, that have an odd assortment of whatever food they already prepared, but hasn’t sold. Be prepared for dry rice, and not too fresh looking noodles. Be prepared for crappy service, and chairs being placed on top of tables around you as you eat, if it is dine-in. Based my dinner tonight, I have added one more smiley poop face to your photos to mark this experience.

Love the food hate this location! The staff is rude and forgetful… I have never had to beg someone to make what I ordered before because they want to leave early! The management is decent but the staff needs to understand that they are not the priority when It comes to joking with friends and being on their cell phones!

I have been to many Panda Express restaurants and the food at this location was typical of this chain of restaurants. The site seemed minimally staffed to accommodate the dinner crowd. After our five orders were taken We had to wait about five extra minutes for one of the entrees to be cooked to completion. Not a very big deal. The personal were nice and polite, but a bit rushed due to the crowd that had gather to place their orders for dinner. We did takeout and after we got home we were disappointed to find that they forgot to provide the sauce for the teriyaki chicken, which made the entrée less appealing. The rest of the food was satisfactory. I was very hungry so I ate all of my meal. But some of our guests ate about half of their meal since the sauce was missing. It was too far and too late to go back and get the sauce. Oh well, never again.

This location is clean and the staff are pretty friendly. Unfortunately, this resturant no longer offers any deals or discounts. Overall this place is just another standard Panda Express.

The New management really sucks. First they stopped giving military discount, then they limit their menu they stopped making my favorite eggplant and tofu. What’s next?

I have eaten at this place for years. The past 3 times I have been there I spoke directly to the manager regarding sanitation. I was watching employees handle money, talk on the phone all while still handling food. I spoke to the manager and he shrugged me off. Tonight was the breaking point. I walked in and started observing while waiting in a really long line. And not only did I see the employees with the same habits but I watched the manager Gabriel lick his fingers and serve food. THEN, he took the dish towel he was wiping the food station off with rinse it off in dirty dish water that the dishwasher was using to put dirty dishes in. Finally I walked up and told the manager what I saw(he remembered me from the last 3 times) and he laughed at me and when I asked for the phone number to the corporate office, he gave me the number to a cruise line. I will be contacting the health department on Monday morning as I have video of all of this take place and I will be speaking to corporate Monday morning. It really is a shame that a manager can’t set a good example. I WILL not stop until this is resolved at this restaurant!

I live around the corner, the family and I come here quite often. Each time we have never had a problem. The food is always fresh and the service is friendly and helpful. I love that yoy can round up your total for their fundraising donation. And never be afraid to ask for a sample!

Panda Express is Panda Express. it’s all the same to me. no location is better over the other in terms of food. I recommend the orange chicken. I have always been a fan and will almost always order it. Um. there’s not much to review for a fast food«Chinese» joint. The only thing I have to mention is that I did not appreciate people coming up to me while I was eating looking to sell some make-up products. Is that even allowed?

Panda was an innovation in food service. It positioned itself as a good place to go get Chinese style fast food. Their variety is good and hot. Taste wise it’s a pleaser. Portion wise they’re stingy. On Channel Island Boulevard in Port Hueneme, the Panda there serves double portions to the military personnel for the same price. Nice. Like most fast foods, sodium is high and can kill you eventually. Health conscious? Acquaint yourself with the nutritional values in their food. I f you go eat there one meal in a day and come to find out it contained 2500 ml of Sodium, that one Panda meal is close to your RDA for the whole day. Capiche?

Just left here and I come 2 to 3 times a week in the am just to make sure I get fresh food. But today I seen the cook take a batch or rice and mix it with new rice SMH! And I was charged 3 $ more than I usually am. I was told I have been charged wrong and I told them I come 2 to 3 times a week and I’ve been charged wrong every single time I’ve come??? Then lady at the register gives me a 50 cent discount and says is that OK? I never felt so insulted in my life, its like I make good money but all I was asking is to be charged the same amount as always unless prices went up which they haven’t. I was like fine just give me my food. I paid and she sticks the receipt in my hand with an attitude and says have a nice day rudely while walking away not even looking at me. I will not be back unless the staff is changed. if that woman worked at my business she would be fired but then again she is working minimum wage and that doesn’t require manners I guess

I love how everything is prepared freshat this restraunt. All the veggie and meat dishes are pretty good… the chow mein is good too. I don’t like the egg rolls… don’t waste your money one them. The frozen ones from vons are better. The beverage dispenser is full of pepsi products which is unfortunate. Over all of you are looking for cheap Chinese this is a decent place to go.

This place was pretty much nearby where I was staying which was good because I had a major craving for Chinese food. I have always been a fan of Panda Express but I found that certain Panda Express locations make better Chinese food than others. This location — the place first of all could have been cleaner, which was sort of a turn off but other than that the customer service was decent and quick. The food was also good.

Had lunch here today. I have to admit that it was the best Panda Express i have ever had. the food was freshly prepared. the vegetables were firm and had that fresh green color and crispness. The only bad thing was the passion tea, which didn’t have any flavor at all. For the very low price it was definitely worth it. The staff was very nice and courteous too.

There’s really nothing wrong with this Panda that isn’t wrong with all the others. Yeah, it’s fast food. Of course, it goes without saying it’s not authentic. If you can handle eating with a little moderation, you’ll be fiiine.

I’ve gone here twice and regretted it both times. The food was so laden with grease that it sat in the bottom of my stomach like a rock. Save yourself some unnecessary trips to the toilet and avoid this place.

I lied — I admit it — I wish I could take it back. I told Stephy S. that I was making reservations for last night’s dinner plans and it just wasn’t true. I offer my heartfelt apologies to her, Deb, & my internal organs. My intentions started out honorably enough as I wanted Chinese food, but then the grand plan fell apart. You guessed it — Panda Express which WEALLKNOW isn’t Chinese! Both Deb & I felt lousy within 15 minutes of consuming their product, including ill-feeling stomachs, headaches, chills, & dizziness. I’m guessing MSG, but I’d have to confer with a doctor to know for sure. The bottom line from my point of view: — You must hydrate your body to recover — You must have a cast iron stomach — You must have a cast iron toilet(or porcelain substitute) — You must remind me not to visit this location again By the way, they don’t accept reservations.
