Specialties
Port Gamble is one of the most sought after wedding venues on the Kitsap Peninsula. Nestled against the Hood Canal, this fairy tale town boasts two exquisite venues both with spectacular water views and New England style charm.
Built in 1879, St. Paul’s church enchants with the original wooden pews, eight cathedral windows and a working bell that is perfect for celebrating your first moments as husband and wife.
The Hood Canal Vista Pavilion, Port Gamble’s newest building built in 2009, offers a beautiful open layout with four sets of French doors opening to sweeping waterfront views.
Enjoy the versatility of the pavilion, which offers a patio, beautifully landscaped lawn and garden, and an adjacent tent during summer months, in addition to the indoor reception space.

History
Established in 1853.
Port Gamble was founded by Maine businessmen Andrew Pope and William Talbot and was the longest continuously operating mill town in North America. Authentically restored and operated by Pope Resources, Port Gamble is the only remaining company-owned mill town in Puget Sound. We invite you to visit our unique shops, explore our trails, exchange vows, celebrate an event, or simply take a leisurely stroll and relive history.
