Closing early on a sunny and 72 day because they were not crowded. We bought a groupon and came from out of town to find out they are closing early for no reason. Refused to refund the groupon. This place rips you off and scams you through groupon. Awful!!!

My experience was awful! I took a trip out of town to go to this place for my birthday; figured what the heck — there was a great groupon deal for it, I’ve never been to a Waterpark before, it had go karts and put — put, along with a «safari» zoo exhibit, what could be better? Well, probably me paying the extra money to go to a real Waterpark would have been. So we got there, and it was totally not what we had expected(my boyfriend and I) but we figured we’d still try and give it a good shot! First and foremost was the go karts! That’s what I really had wanted to begin with. Those were probably the best part of it, until they had to shut it down not even half way through our 3rd ride due to weather — which is understandable. There was a storm on the way and they were sure it would pass so we opted to wait a little while since we had come all the way out from Cleveland to get there. The staff was still super nice about all of it. They assured everyone(even the douche tool running the place) that we could go out and get lunch and they would still be open). So we did just that and came back about an hour later with NOONE there at all except one car. I had called several times in a row and then finally got an answer, in which they said they were closed for the day now. I asked if I could get a refund or a rain check or something for my troubles since I only got to spend about 2 hours at the park before it stormed, and they were very adimant that they never give returns or rain checks. They said it’s their policy and that’s why they write the weather on a chalkboard when you arrive. That’s all fine and dandy when you live close and decide to show up, you can see that they won’t refund you or anything and decide not to buy the ticket — but not when you planned this trip a week ago and there is NOTHING about no refunds or rain checks on the website when you go to buy tickets online and the weather a week ago said it would be fine that day. That’s a bit of false advertisement to me to not give all of your customers a forewarning that your establishment is extremely greedy and doesn’t give refunds to customers when they spend the time off work and the gas, and the money to get to somewhere where it’s a) highly disappointing and not what was expected(there was literally one adult slide and one kid slide in the«waterpark» and the«lazy river» is closed half the time) and b) how severely difficult it is to even get a refund for your troubles. Oh, and I only ended up getting a rain check to come back to this crappy place due to all my nagging to this really nice lady who gave them to me after hours because she felt bad it was for my birthday. Who knows if she was even allowed to do that, considering how rude and mean the boss was to his employees. I will be selling those tickets cheap to some poor soul now because I never want to come back to this terrible place ever again. Also, I believe they must starve those poor animals in their«safari». Animals attacking each other over me giving one a piece of a carrot even when I already gave them some. They looked so mangy and hungry. I felt terrible for them. Moral of the story: very, very bad place to go unless you know for certain they won’t close due to weather AND you have children, I’m sure they would be excited for it. Such a disappointing birthday, thanks for that guys!

Very nice pool and water park, miniature golf and go-carts, relatively short wait times for go– carts and bumper-boats, almost head of the line for an adult with smaller child. A real bargain adventure.

Very fun water park/family fun center! I went last year and from what I remember was that the staff was very friendly and willing to help, the mini golf was fun and the go karts were probably the best part about the place just because that was where everyone was at and its really awesome driving go karts that had sponsors on them(it made me feel like a professional racer lol). The water park was good but the only fun thing I liked about it was the water slides. Me and my friend only went down the water slides a few times then we got bored and went to the arcade. There was only like 10 or 15 games there so that wasn’t much but I did win a bunch of stuff from the claw machine there: D Cant wait to go tomorrow!!!

We live in toledo and this is the 1st time we’ve went. If you go Mon-Thurs you can play all day for $ 17.50, which includes the waterpark, and unlimited go karts, minigolf and bumper boats. It’s smaller than what I expected, but it was still great. We spent most of the day in the water since it was in the 90s with heat index near 100. Would love to go on a cooler day and ride the go-karts some more. The advertise an arcade, but it’s about 10 games, so not really an arcade. It kept my 5 year old entertained for the day, however I wish they had a few more bigger slides.

One of the best go cart tracks in the area! We go yearly. Great for ages 0+14! All you Can Eat package makes for no guilt go cart driving race after race.
