Worst place… Scheduled 3 times once they showed up a day early the next two times never called and never showed up I had to call them and got lame excuses… Definitely stay away from them.

CTI may be the worst, sleeziest telephone company out there. I’m not sure where to begin.
First, they forged our contract to make it say we agreed to a 5 year commitment. We did not.
Second, our phone quality was awful. We couldn’t hear anything. Technicians told us that our connection was insufficient, and we would have to buy another connection for $ 500 a month. Total comes to $ 886 a month, for something other companies charge less than $ 100 for.
They sent me a technician who introduced himself as «Cheese». He was extremely unprofessional. He mocked my office, my company, and our equipment. His cell phone blared throughout my whole building, playing a «ringdingdyding» childish ring-tone fit for a high school freshman, which he took the call in the middle of our meeting, loudly bragging that another client had insufficient service but «too bad for them because they signed a 5 year deal haha!» and then told me «they’re in the same boat as you». Awful.
Despite all my complaints and problems, that were never resolved, they still had me on their list of customer references.
