Benefit Brow Bar at Ulta

I have gone here a few times.
I first came to the store after i got my eyebrows waxes and that person messed up my eyebrows so bad there were little patches of scabs! needless to say i was traumatized!
i would definitely recommend making an appointment, they’re slower during the day and if you make an evening appointment they may run late. as another reviewer mentioned though it is entirely worth the wait because the technicians take such good care of you and have you involved as to the shape, thickness and even filling in your brows after if you’d like. i like that they are cautious and take their time versus some technicians who just wax your eyebrow off. they can recommend diff brands of powders or pomades or pencils depending on your preference.
every time i go (even when ive had to wait when they were running late once) i have not been disappointed and now i refuse to go anywhere else.

Definitely call ahead and make an appointment if your going around on the weekend! I was a little annoyed at first that they were running late and I had to wait past my appointment time. But I changed my tune when I realized it was because the brow specialist really took her time with each customer to ensure great results. Ultimately, I loved my brows after Adrianna waxed and shaped them, so that they were still thick but fit my natural face shape. She was very sweet and even touched up my makeup afterwords to complete the look. Would definitely re-​visit!

my daughter has very think beautiful brows. She had done them herself and they didn’t look very natural. We have been going to Dominique for about a year now and my daughter looks like an English model. We love her!

I made an appointment to have my eyebrows done at the brow bar at Ulta in Portchester,
I usually go to the brow bar in Greenwich, CT but I was close to the one in Portchester and thought I would receive the same high caliber of service I have received at the Greenwich location.
I have always been very happy with the services at the brow bar in Greenwich and think that the workers there really know how to work with eyebrows.
However, I was extremely disappointed at the brow bar at Ulta in Portchester.
I met Dominique and explained to her I wanted to have my eyebrows cleaned up and that I preferred to have my eyebrows to be natural and thick.
However, Dominique had other ideas!
After she finished with my eyebrows I soon looked at myself in the mirror and realized she essentially butchered my right eyebrow!!!
I told her this is not what I had explained I wanted and she quickly interjected by saying I had come to her with my right eyebrow butchered and that I can easily pencil them in.
She later apologized as she saw I was literally almost in tears at the thought of her suggesting that I will have to pencil my right eyebrow in each and everyday until i my right eyebrow grows back.
I will never have my eyebrows done at ulta in portchster.
I DO NOT recommend this brow bar to any one!!!
