The girl at the counter is always pissed off.
I have been there twice for a simple Oil Change it was a 1 week wait! Really!
they must need help and I’m guessing thats why the girl at the counter is rude and uncaring…
Yes I went down the street and got it changed in 30 min. no appointment needed.

Won a certificate at a charity poker tourney to raise money for the local high school sports team. Whoever donated it wrote in extra services and a face value of $ 70.00 When we brought our car in for the services, only a portion of the value was honored. They said they had no idea who wrote on the certificate. We ended up paying out of pocket. This experience was the exact opposite of what donating to a charity should do for a business. Won’t ever go back.
In Response to Comment from 123 456 W. of Watkins Tire & Auto Service 10/​05/​2015: I wish the owner was as interested in trying to resolve the problem when we experienced it instead of many months later after writing this review. We even called the manager when it happened with no interest. Months later I get the owner sending me messages demanding I tell him who wrote on the certificate, demanding I tell him the date and invoice number of our service invoice, and claiming the local high school sports team he donates to was being fraudulent to drum up more money. Didn’t think it could go from bad to worse but this guy did it.

I have been using them for about 7 years. Never any issues with their work and I always feel they try to save money. Case on point, today had 30 000 mile service on my Honda CRV. They found a second supplier for my filters and saved me $ 80.00 over what they first said it would cost. Highly recommend them!
