I had a scope to stomach procedure at this place. I arrived on time for prep. The nurse(I think was new) who was assigned to me pre-op was just way off. I told her I am paranoid of IV insertion. Regardless, she took forever and could NOT get the IV in my hand. It was all red swollen and bleeding from her ineptness. It took her half hour and finally I insisted someone else come in. And trust me, I have good veins. I will never forget the trauma of that. I did write a letter to the Center so they could be informed. Never heard back. The other thing, I waited with that stupid IV drip going for over two hours for the Dr. to «arrive» that day for surgery. That wait was never explained to me and the procedure only took five minutes. Very poorly run surgical center.
