IHOP

Hard to go wrong with an IHOP! Food is consistently good, wait staff is pleasant. A little slow on the refills, but made it up by offering a to-​do cup. After so many restaurants have gone to microwaving pre-​packaged food, nice to get something prepared, and prepared well, in house.

The place was clean and service great. Disappointed once again with the hash browns. I always request them done well, yet once again it’s like eating raw potatoes. Poached eggs were good.

The food was awesome and the waitress was really nice and friendly. It took a little while to get our food but when it came it was good and hot

This place fucking sucked. The service was horrrrrrrible. Food was lousy. My waiter was deaf, and blind. I finished my meal before I even got my toast. Waited for 15 minutes to be seated as I was looking at empty seats and tables that just weren’t clean. I’ll never come back and this place.

After walking out of Perkins, leaving our drinks sitting on the table because the service was so terrible, we drove to IHOP for a quick meal. We were given our choice of seating and sat in BK’s section.
BK has to be one of the best waitresses I have ever had hands down. Very attentive, fast, funny, sweet. She made sure every single thing we had was to our liking and that we left satisfied.
The food was fab — you can’t go wrong with Southern Pecan maple syrup, ok? Cooked to order, brought out hot. Drinks were refilled without asking. I was surprised as I am not use to service like this, especially down here in Florida.
BK, thank you for making my have faith in the service industry again and proving to me that not all Floridian waitresses are half-​cooked in the brain. Bravo!

Good food and convenient location.

I remember when this building was the Ponderosa, then Mel’s Diner, and now it’s IHOP. Well, let’s hope IHOP fairs better than its predecessors. IHOP is fairly consistent with its food and service and this location is no different. The food is mediocre with an appropriately moderate price. The service is typical of the area with some exceptions when you get excellent service.
Come and get your pancakes and breakfast foods. It is rather nice to have a restaurant that is open later in the area other than Perkins.
