we had a 100.00 voucher. hertz in port charlotte refused to refund our prepaid amount. we were charged 195.00 for 100.00 rental. we are still waiting for toll free reservations to refund the 95.00
hertz has to stop having one policy on the phone and the rental locations making up their own rules.

I am more than pleased to write a review re: an employee Mark Moore, he was the agent that assisted me in my rental. From the very beginning I was impressed with his gentleness, I am in my 70’s & was confused a bit. First time renting!!! It began with me forgetting my Ins. carrier’s name. I changed this year. there were a couple more senior moments. He was just great. I returned my car after 5:00, door’s were locked, however he helped again. I had an early flight in the morning & he allowed the process to take place, again with kindness. I was walking back to my place & was concerned with crossing 41. He obliged again, it was less than a mile, he drove me. I saved his card, for all of my friends, that rent. He is a result of good upbringing. Hope this review, determines who to ask for when renting…
