Edward Wenzel home inspector has been in the construction industry for over 28 years .I bring those years of experience to the home inspection trade. I also Bring a commonsense approach to home inspections. Many inspectors will adhere strictly to accepted standards. I also have standards that I uphold but I do realize that each home is unique. Keeping that in mind I will perform a quality inspection for you. I look forward to working for you.

Business Owner

Edward was born in 1959. He grew up having a work ethic that was instilled by his father. That ethic always included doing the job to the very best of your ability and doing the job with the utmost of honesty and integrity. In 1986 he moved to Florida and began a construction carrier as a laborer and eventually started his own business doing stucco, concrete and block work. He was always hands on working in the field doing any job related to construction. He has had a direct hands on building experience with the most respected contractors in his area. It has been a 28 year ongoing learning experience. Knowing how a home was built is the most important view he brings to the Home Inspection field.
