These folks are always very helpful when we shop here. The manager is congenial and helpful. Unlike our BBB store in Ohio this store will even honor expired coupons. The selection and prices are also a plus.

I love this store. Any place that sells tervis tumblers. pillows, candles, food, and bathroom essentials is a-​ok with me. The cashiers/​customer service people are all extremely friendly and welcoming. The prices are reasonable, and those coupons you get on the mail never expire, because they love to save you money! That’s awesome!
I’ll rave about any place that gives me great customer service and this is definitely one of them!

Still looking for that ever elusive «Beyond» alluded to in the name of this big-​box chain. This particular store is no different than any of the others. On this particular trip I needed to purchase a new toaster oven for my house. After looking around at Sam’s, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and numerous other places I found that the best deal was Bed Bath and Beyond.
The down-​side: I took so long to make a decision that they only had the floor model left for the particular toaster oven I wanted.
The up-​side: The manager was very helpful in letting me purchase the floor model.
I will continue to return.
