Always Reliable Transportation

Five stars because they deserve it. I had a 3 hour delay getting in and they were still able to pick me up when I arrived and get me to my destination. Pam was readily available via text and even sent me a picture of herself and a description of the car to look for. A fresh bottle of cold water and smooth ride awaited me when I arrived. Their rates were comparable with other vendors I investigated, but given their amazing service, I’d use them again without question.

Mike and Pam picked up my mom and even dropped me off at a nearby shopping mall so I could kill time before my shuttle. Great people, great service. $ 65. My 2^nd recommendation after the Florida airport shuttle transport. (FAST) which is $ 25.

Outstanding service! Pam and Mike are very professional and friendly at the same time. I was a bit nervous traveling alone but they made me feel very comfortable. They met me at the airport even though my flight was delayed an hour. They walked me to my door and provided flashlight service as well so I could see to unlock my house! I would highly recommend them and plan on using their service again!

Started using Pam and Mike’s service over a year ago and have always been impressed. Always prompt to pick up, courteous, honest, and goes the extra mile with elderly people. My 87 year old mother was the first to discover them and our whole family has used them ever since. You have to pay cash… but their rates are much less than the competition. Conversation is always enjoyable too. I give the the highest recommendation possible.

After my sister in law did a lot of research, we needed to a driver for mother in law. My mother in law gave them an A+ for service and professionalism. This is the real deal I am so glad I was searching for transportation found always reliable transportation. Mike and Pam were so friendly and willing to give information it was like they were your best friends picking you up. Their Lincoln was spotless with a Coke and a water available, called you by your first name on time, put luggage in the trunk. If you wanted your best friend to pick you up but they’re not available call Always Reliable Transportation you’ll be so happy you did, and by the way the fee was excellent, i’m using them again and again and again. Being from Chicago, I assumed I could make a call to some companies I found on Unilocal and find a limo from North Port, FL to Tampa airport without issue. Just a matter of finding a service and giving them a call. It would be easy.
Not so.
Turns out getting a ride from North Port to Tampa is not something many car services are willing to do. At least those on the front page of Unilocal.
Feeling in a pinch, I called a national limo service and they said the trip would cost me over $ 400. I thought, maybe a taxi. Over $ 200.
So then I clicked through to the second page of airport transportation listings on Unilocal and see Always Reliable Transportation. Turns out they DO go to Tampa airport. Bingo! And their rate was fantastic!
Unlike the other limo companies I tried to call where I got a garbly-​recorded voicemail, I got a person on the line the second the phone rang at Always Reliable. They were friendly, helpful and gave me the confidence to know they were the right service to get me to Tampa. They confirmed with me the night before so I could rest easy knowing they’d be there in the morning. Did I mention they picked me up at 4am? Sharp. Just like they promised.
Mike the driver was great. He drove safely and we had great conversation. He’s the kind of guy that you feel like you’ve known him for years when you first meet him. Absolutely top notch.
Between my wife and I traveling for business over the last 10 years, we have taken hundreds of limo rides and have used multiple transportation services over that time. I can honestly say that Always Reliable was one of my best experiences.
My mom is 76 years old and lives in North Port. We can now rest assured that when we have her fly to visit us in Chicago we can book her through Tampa knowing we’ve got a stellar service to get her to the airport.

I used Always Reliable to go to the Sarasota/​Bradenton airport and service was great. They were right on time, had a water waiting for me, and transport was seamless. Will definitely use again if in the area.
