Went there this past weekend evening. We were not overly impressed as cook your own steak houses go. The meat, when they brought it out to the cooler, was good. It was well marbled, trimed nicely, thicker cuts but, certainly choice not prime beef. We did not have a great selection in the meat cooler(it was almost empty) and had to ask the wait staff if there were any other cuts that could be brought out to choose from. Salad bar was just«OK» nothing fancy or overwhelming. The side selection was simple, baked potato, green beans, baked beans. That’s all folks! Wait staff was short on this evening and very stressed as our visit was toward the 7:00PM hour and dinner traffic was lightening up. For the $$$ it was a dissapointment to us, as the ambiance, staffing, and selections were not up to what we would expect.
