Brandon Marks has been in the restaurant industry for over several years. Growing up, Brandon had an interest in cooking that persisted into adulthood. Naturally, Brandon chose to work in the restaurant industry. Brandon enjoys being able to serve the public at Big Boi’s Crawfish Hole where authentic Cajun f is the driving force of the business.
