History

Established in 2015.

In 2013 we opened our Medical Cannabis shop and decided to apply for a recreational license. What the heck, we thought. None of us had ever won a lottery, but low and behold, we did! We found and old ’47 service station in need of love on the corner of Ennis and First St, fixed her up and now happily assist our patrons with Relaxing and Recreating everyday!

10 years ago while working abroad a beautiful yacht we anchored here in Port Angeles, WA for the first time. I spent a good summer working in the boat yard during the day and riding my Mt Bike all over the Olympics and Kiteboarding in the Straight. Life was good and then I met my wife here and decided life was great! We have a mutual friend, also a sailor, who suffered a major head injury causing him to battle seizures for the rest of his life. Both of us we’re blown away at the success he was having treating his seizures with Cannabis. This friend changed our lives forever. We pooled our resources and opened Sparket Alternative Health to help patients in our local community get healthy and feel better then we won our recreational license. We thought let’s help people enjoy themselves! After all Laughter is the best medicine! Creating a little levity in this complicated world is such a pleasure which is why I am proud to manage the friendliest pot shop on the Peninsula.
