I specialize in dealing with grief, with conflict or with intimacy. My goal is to empower people to create harmonious and fulfilling relationships with themselves, with others and with their higher power.

History

Established in 2011.

Having taught for years, having had my own construction business and my kids being gone, I found myself pondering what I really wanted to do.

Becoming Certified in Mediation gave me incredible tools to add to the repertoire I had built over the years as an (unpaid!) intuitive «healer».

I had always coached, empowered and guided people in finding their voice and living by their values. I decided to make a business of it.

Empowered2be is a Life Coaching and Mediation company. My life experience includes having lived in 4 countries and being widowed twice. I am passionate about supporting people in moving through their grief. As a French native, I have not been indoctrinated in the concept that intimacy is sinful and I love to empower people in embracing their sexuality.

My clients are in conflict, whether within themselves or with others. I see conflict as growth and challenges as opportunities.

Mediation is often seen as a last resort. I love to use it proactively.

Business Owner

I am passionate about empowering people in becoming brighter versions of themselves. I see conflict as growth, challenges as opportunities and transparency as the best tool to live with integrity.

As a Certified Mediator I love to work with couples dealing with conflict, especially when children are involved.

As an intuitive, I have the unique ability to feel, see and hear the veil that people put over their truth, so I do not let them get away with hiding behind it. Instead, I firmly and compassionately guide them to uncover their deeper selves.

As a Life Coach, I love to work with people overcome by grief, especially when it comes to accepting death, and those struggling with intimacy.

Through mediation or coaching, I am keen on supporting men and women in re-​connecting with their true voice as they shed old concepts to create a value system that works better for them now.

My clients are adults ready and committed to change. I work in person or via Skype.
