This is a review for their budget truck rental service. I placed a reservation (with my credit card) on 10⁄13 for a truck to be picked up on 11⁄20 at 11:30am. At 11am, 30 minutes before pickup I got a call saying they didn’t have any trucks available. Are you kidding me? You had a month to secure a truck and trailer with my credit card and you tell me 30 minutes before. I am moving across country on a deadline and this was not helpful. No sympathy, nothing to try and help my situation. I’m dumbfounded by this situation. Absolutely amazing how they can stay in business. Avoid there budget truck services at all costs.
