Coastal Reprographics

This one has a story. One day, during the holiday season, I had a print order that I needed done before leaving town that night. Running around trying to find somewhere that was open and available to do it at a price I could afford, I stumbled upon Coastal Reprographics. They took the order and told me they would call me when it was ready, since they were having some issues with their printers and couldn’t start until the repairman left. Later, they called me and said they were still working on it, due to the printer having even more issues, but estimated it would be done in an hour. I went to the store then, but they were still having trouble — and still trying! They wound up staying an hour past store closing, on a Friday night during the holiday season, so that they would be able to give me the order that I paid for. I didn’t have to insist on it, or fight them about it, or anything — they just did it because it mattered enough to them. They said they’d get it done, and regardless of what issues came up, they got it done. Sure, I’d rather the printers have worked properly in the first place, but knowing that the staff is dedicated to their job and will get your stuff done right means a lot more.
