Cool vibe. Great food. Nice people. I got the roasted turkey with pesto on Rosemary bread. Super super good. People should support this place.

Although the address of the café is 31 N Saginaw St, it is not actually on Saginaw Street. The entrance is facing Lawrence Street, and the door says 31B. This was quite confusing to me when I went and stood on the corner of Saginaw and Lawrence, not knowing where the café was, so I thought I’d point it out!
The café was decent but nothing special and not one that I would return to. They had generic bagged teas, baked goods, misc drinks, etc. They also offer lunch items like sandwiches but I didn’t try these.
It was super cold in there! Not sure if there was a draft or it’s just cold all the time. However, the employee was friendly, the tables were nice quality, prices were affordable, and there was lots of natural lighting. There weren’t many customers, so it was mostly quiet, but the music they played was a random radio station so the commercials were annoying to listen to.

Great atmosphere to read, chat, study etc. The sandwiches are delicious! I’ve had the Smoked Salmon and roast turkey w/​Pesto so far on croissants. Prices are very reasonable compared to most national chains. Staff is very friendly as well and it’s nice to see this type of place open up in downtown Pontiac.

Had a delicious tuna salad sandwich on Rosemary herb bread with a hot chocolate that was so frothy it defrosted me from the cold day. Janey got a salmon on ciabatta and a cappuccino. To top it off we treated ourselves to cheesecake and tiramisu for deserts. Thank you Alley Cat!

Great idea, great coffee, great tea and over all brilliant fun. What makes the Café so very special is their brista Crystal Starr go say hi to her and together you can figure out how to make the world a better place!!! 5* all around. Keep up your great work.

Excellent for coffee, tea, sandwiches, and dessert! They even have gelato; my favorite! The décor is fun and very «hipster». Great place to have a cup and get some work done!
