I went in to get a tooth removed and I was tortured for three hours. The novocaine they gave me did not work and I could feel the drill going into my jaw bone. I stopped them. They were very annoyed with me. I was the last patient of the day and they seemed to be in a rush to close so they expected me to suffer. They kept giving me more and more novocaine shots one after another. I stopped counting after 8. My heart started to race and body would not stop shaking. They did not care about my health or well being because they just kept going. Brandy the dental assistant was especially rude to me. She laughed at me and was very sarcastic. She’s very bossy and does not let you talk. Someone that crude should not be working in a dental office. I ended up getting a bad infection and a dry socket from the procedure. This was the worst dental office I have ever been to and I will not be going back.
