Teaching leadership skills and behavior has little effect unless a person knows themselves, how they are percieved by others, and understands others. CHANGED2LEAD believes that the most important aspects of leadership begins with emotional intelligence and spiritual formation. CHANGED2LEAD is a Christian consulting and training company.

History

Established in 2014.

CHANGED2LEAD was formed by Dr. Bruce Terpstra out of his more than 30 years of Christian leadership serving as a church planter, pastor, church planting director, and district superintendent. He experienced significant transformation of leaders through training programs he developed and wanted to bring it to the greater Christian community. The training material is now being implemented around the world.

Dr. Bruce Terpstra holds a Doctor of Ministry Degree in Leadership Development from Dallas Theological Seminary and an Master of Divinity Degree from Denver Seminary. He is the founder of 3KeyCoaching which coaches hundreds of ministry leaders around the country. He is a frequent lecturer at Alliance Theological Seminary and Nyack College. His passion is training Christian leaders who will change the world.
