WOW I wish I would have reviewed earlier. I also had the displeasure of dealing with Tom Maggio. I wanted to surprise my retired mom with a new place or buy her a house. So I called this particular real estate agency to inquire about a listing and was I ever blown away by how rude and loud this man was. First he started talking to someone else while we were on the phone, then puts me on hold for 5 minutes then when I told him how I wanted to buy the place for my mother he lost it. He was constantly cutting me off, saying that I was wasting his time and he then refused to show me a place because I wanted to see the place before I surprise my mom. Sorry Tom, I guess you could never do something nice like that for your mom, so you get mad at me. Anyway I am now dealing with a real agent who is working with us to find a perfect place. What a jerk… SMH
