I have been using Campbell’s for about 3years. It is by far the most honest, reliable mechanics I have ever used. I’m 64 so I’ve used many mechanics in the area. Very fair prices.

DO NOT go to this mechanic!!! Our family has been going there for years and typically never had an issue. Today we brought our car to get an inspection and nothing was wrong with the car nor were any check engine lights on. We dropped the car off at 915 am and around 2 pm we decided to call to find out the status of the car. So at this point they had the car for 5 hours and neglected to call us to tell us the car was ready. When we called the guy that answered said oh yeah that’s ready but it’s going to be a little more than 77.00 inspection fee. I said why… and he said and I quote «the ck engine light came on due to the gas cap being loose» so my guy had to drive your car around for approx. 45 minutes… Are you kidding me!!! I said number one it didn’t have the light on when brought in and 2^nd of all we all know once tightened it can be shut off. Since they have been in business so long one would think they would know that you have to call the customer to one tell them what happened and that they need to charge you more and two: you need to get authorization to take our car and go around joy riding until the light comes off. How dare you! They have some nerve our gas our miles and now we owe you money. Meantime how do they come up with 25.00 more when everyone knows hourly rate is around 75.00 per hour. Not to mention they should have called told us the deal let us go drive around and run errands and then go back to have the inspection done for 77.00 but we all know places like this want to make a few extra bucks by screwing customers from town for a measly 23.00 because we paid cash so we saved 2.00 how sweet of Campbell’s. so now we will never go back there and I hope it was worth the 23.00 because we will be bad mouthing them to everyone in town. Good luck Campbell’s very very poor business people.
